Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peachtree City, GA, for a Building Engineer. The Building Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the operation and safety of assigned properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing maintenance and repair tasks, conducting preventive maintenance inspections, managing facility systems, and resolving plumbing and mechanical issues. Qualifications

This role supports a 24/7, high-intensity ICU model serving complex patient populations including solid organ transplantation, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiac care, and ECMO therapy. Our collaborative model integrates Surgical Critical Care and Anesthesia Critical Care services to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ICU service lines.
About the Program The critical care team is structured to provide:
- 24/7 on-site coverage by Faculty Intensivists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Your role will oversee clients in daily activities while teaching new skills, ensuring safety, and managing behaviors. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for direct supervision and safety of all clients
- Responsible for proper behavior management of children through the use of behavior management techniques.
- Build healthy relationships with clients and be a role model of healthy behaviors
- Have a working knowledge of the child's treatment plan and objectives and structure activities to support that plan.
- Responsible for creatively structuring activities for groups and conducting psycho-educational groups.
- May be responsible for medication administration and other medical support.
- Responsible for the review/writing of all required documentation.
- Responsible for teaching, guiding, and assisting the client in daily life skills as appropriate for age.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience working with children and the following:
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Minimum Requirement: Education Level: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in social services, child development, or criminal justice

As a member of the Residential team, you will work with other team members and report to our Youth Behavioral Health Specialist Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Build healthy relationships with clients and be a role model of healthy behaviors
