PURPOSE:

Develops and Implements strategy for the company's product line and is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. Working with Product Owners, IT, and other stakeholders to prioritize product and customer requirements against the business strategy, product roadmap, and value drivers. Partners closely with engineering to ensure we deliver winning products that meet CareFirst and member needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

20% Leads the entire product management life cycle -Translates business strategy are reflected in downstream product processes. Ensures all stakeholder's features, requirements, and acceptance criteria support delivery and testing of new products and features. May also manage beta programs, manage the development of product marketing materials and technical documentation. Ensure new products align with and supports existing products where applicable.

20% Leverages research market research as inputs into the product roadmap to confirm market demand. Done by gathering feedback from customers and analyzing product landscape, updates existing products and new technologies. .Ensures Product Owners' backlogs incorporates this data in their prioritization processes.

20% Defines the product roadmap showing the value derived at each delivery of functionality milestones. These milestones do not dictate architecture; they define features or capabilities, normally documented through business strategy and translation of that strategy into workflows, user stories, or required features.

15% Responsible and/or assists with go-to market strategy and launches for new products; facilitates product release with product owners, engineering, sales, supply chain, etc.; educates internal and external stakeholders. Will also develops/delivers product presentations.

10% Facilitates marketing and stakeholder communications for all products including clear ability to translate technical solutions into value proposition.

10% Works with finance, where applicable, to define revenue drivers and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market as well as financial profitability in the marketplace

5% Identifies and documents Market information including competitive analysis, threats, trends and information that would be helpful to management, sales and marketing.

Expertise in working in web portals ,mobile apps and back end (web services, db implemnetation), cloud migration

Leading strategic and innovation idea creation and implementation

Mastery in holistic Product management lifecycle from discovery to post implementation analytics

Manager, Payroll Job Description: The Payroll Manager will oversee the payroll function for a $13B+ organization.

This individual will manage the weekly multi-state payroll process, which includes, but is not limited to timesheet collection, earnings, deductions, tax withholdings, direct deposit, various leave types, garnishments, allowances, severance payments, hourly expense reimbursement, validation, and reconciliation for more than 2,500 employees nationwide.

The Payroll Manager will comply with the policies/procedures of HITT Contracting, affiliated unions, federal, state and other regulatory agencies, as well as individual project requirements.

Liaison with Dayforce responsible for payroll tax reconciliation, registration, and compliance.

The Payroll Manager will provide support to the Corporate Accounting department for general ledger activity and payroll account reconciliations and will ensure confidentiality and security of payroll records and administration.

Responsibilities Manage timely and accurate processing of weekly multi-state payroll using Workday and interfacing with JD Edwards (accounting system).

Completing and overseeing the weekly payroll audits including but not limited to timesheets, labor expense, posting/billing rates, and the general ledger interface.

Lead and mentor Payroll team members; set team goals and evaluate team member performance.

Additional activities include void and reissue transactions, payroll corrections, tax adjustments, manual check entry, and out-of-cycle payments.

Certified payroll maintenance, reporting, and transactions for federally funded projects.

Responsible for filing tax returns and payroll reports not filed by Dayforce.

Receive, review, and act on all payroll tax correspondence.

Perform any necessary payroll tax adjustments in Dayforce.

Payroll year end process to include validation and distribution of W-2s.

Responsible for payroll/GL account reconciliations and payroll related journal entries.

Assist the general ledger group with accounting tasks as needed; research and help resolve any discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation.

Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, federal and state agencies, and unions Continuous improvement of payroll processes and strategies to align with overall business objectives Staying compliant with federal and state payroll regulations, to include but not limited to final pay, deceased pay, and bonus paybacks.

Performs as an integral team member of the corporate accounting.

Acts as a resource to our team members and assists them with their inquiries and issues.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION:

Responsibilities Work with project manager in formulating project schedule, ensure that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed, makes and follows through with schedule commitments Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project Maintain good working relationship with all subcontractors on the project, develop relationships within the community that enhances business opportunities, and ensure subcontractors are treated fairly.

Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understand subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identify problems early and act immediately to provide solutions.

Develop and organize the site team, arrange for temporary facilities/utilities for the site, and identify long lead items that need to be expedited Qualifications High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.

2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience all a plus Project lead experience a plus Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex.
