As a Structured Investments Consultant, you will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders—including bank issuers, third-party distributors, the internal trading desk, and financial advisors on a comprehensive range of offerings.

The Structured Investment Desk is a high-growth area for MassMutual. With the addition of this new role, we’re accelerating momentum and expanding our capabilities in this space. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist financial advisors in the implementation of structured notes and market-linked CDs as part of broader client portfolios.
Assist with product training and insights to advisors, focusing on live business cases and real-time market conditions.
Enhance and create educational resources, ensuring advisors are equipped with up-to-date knowledge on structured notes and market-linked CDs.
Collaborate with trading and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient client onboarding experience.
Leverage technology to drive process efficiencies and improve team workflows.
Apply your understanding of portfolio management to recognize how structured investments fit into broader financial plans, supporting client goals.
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Series 7 at time of application or within 90 days of start date
2+ years of experience with investment solutions in the insurance/financial services industry and/or within financial institutions.
The Ideal Qualifications
Experience with more complex investments and solutions such as Structured Products / Investments.
Effective at cultivating relationships with all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated with excellent organization and keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced independent broker-dealer environment.
Strategic mindset with the capability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential and mixed-use development projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in accordance with quality standards. You will be managing large-scale projects ranging from $50 million to $100 million and collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
General Project Oversight
* Partner with the Project Manager during preconstruction to coordinate jobsite setup, scheduling, and change management
* Lead all on-site activities, ensuring work is performed safely, meets quality expectations, and aligns with project scope and timeline
* Identify root causes of delays, quality issues, or safety hazards and implement solutions to mitigate risk
* Provide direction to subcontractors and hold teams accountable for performance
* Serve as the project's on-site Quality Control Manager
Planning & Scheduling
* Develop site logistics and safety plans including public safety, site security, crane and hoist locations, and truck routing
* Create and maintain labor and staffing projections for field supervision
* Schedule and lead daily/weekly project meetings
* Set and maintain construction schedule milestones, coordinate timelines with contractors and stakeholders
* Manage and monitor RFIs, subcontractor scopes, and scheduling follow-ups
Team & Relationship Management
* Lead and motivate teams to meet key milestones
* Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, municipalities, subcontractors, and local community stakeholders
* Provide feedback and development opportunities to team members
* Facilitate a positive and solutions-focused jobsite culture
Administrative & Technical Tasks
* Coordinate inspections, utility connections, punch walks, and final unit acceptance
* Track shop drawings, submittals, and maintain inspection logs
* Complete daily and weekly superintendent reports
* Review and participate in subcontractor scope meetings
* Manage punch list execution and resolution
Required Qualifications:
Education & Certifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Vocational/technical school construction-related coursework preferred
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Experience
* Minimum of 10 years of direct supervisory experience on Multifamily construction projects
* Strong working knowledge of all construction disciplines and project phases
Skills & Competencies
* Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills
* Ability to lead diverse teams and prioritize competing tasks
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of construction plans, documentation, and building codes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
* Able to perform basic and intermediate math, read blueprints, and interpret structural plans
* Familiarity with structural, civil, framing, infrastructure, and concrete construction
* Organized, resourceful, and composed under pressure

Responsibilities
- Create a strategy and lead the MSAT function through CPI, Phase 3 IND submission, PPQ and CPV (this includes API, Drug Substance, and Drug Product).
- Lead technology transfers and author technical documents including reports, standard operating procedures, master batch records, work instructions
- Collaborate with the Development Lead to learn and document the process as well as co-author development protocols and development technical reports.
- Responsible for authoring key IND updates and justifications
- Responsible for authoring MVP
- Provide onsite support at the CDMO, develop a training plan for manufacturing operators, and oversee process execution
- Lead investigations to troubleshoot process execution challenges including RCA
- Demonstrate ability to engage and effectively influence team members across multidisciplinary teams while prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Drive curiosity, scientific rigor and excellent problem-solving skills across a fast-paced performance driven environment
Requirements
- BS and/or MS in Chemical, Biological, or Biomedical Engineering
- 10+ yrs or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience authoring IND sections
- Previous experience with antibody based drug substances and antibody-drug-conjugates
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving, technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work in multidisciplinary teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects
- Aptitude for working in a self-driven, performance/results-oriented, fast-paced matrix environment
- Well versed with cGMP requirements and working in a regulated environment, including experience as person-in-plan and/or GMP operator.
- Working knowledge of statistical design of experiments (DoE) and RCA.
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- This is a Hybrid role, in office 2 to 3 days a week
