Project Manager

A well-established and reputable General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects focused primarily on commercial and assisted living developments. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a company that has a strong backlog of projects, a positive company culture, and significant growth opportunities.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts by planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule, cost estimates, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee project personnel and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Review and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and construction plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Experience with commercial or assisted living construction projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
