Develop and maintain a structured affiliate program that drives engagement and revenue.
Provide ongoing support, communication, and resources to ensure partner success.
Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Track performance, analyze results, and optimize future campaigns to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver brand-aligned messaging and content.
Education & Product Expertise: Train athletes and influencers on the benefits, science, and usage of our nutritional products.
Develop easy-to-use educational materials and talking points to ensure consistent brand representation.
Act as the internal go-to expert on product knowledge for partner-related initiatives.
Event Support & Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing brand events, athlete meet-ups, product launches, and fitness activations.
Attend events to support partners, ensure smooth operations, and capture content opportunities.
Program Operations & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date partner records, deliverables, and contracts.
Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights for leadership.
Ensure all operations align with brand standards and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications Passion for fitness, wellness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or athlete relations (fitness industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable presenting product knowledge and educating others.
Event planning or event support experience is a plus.
Must be able to work on-site in the office 5 days per week.
