- Predictive vehicle performance simulation and analysis for racing car configurations using Driver‑in‑the‑Loop (DIL) and other advanced simulation technologies.

- Support fault diagnosis and technical problem‑solving at racetracks.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.1–3 years of experience configuring, operating, and validating vehicle dynamics simulation software, including offline lap simulation, parametric, and multi‑body models. Proficient in analyzing on‑vehicle racing data, including logged data and telemetry.Practical experience with racing car setup methodologies and performance optimization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by assessing product requirements, ensuring manufacturability, and designing, modifying, and testing methods and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required
- Minimum of three years of manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering experience within a manufacturing facility is required
- Must have experience working on the production floor with various types of manufacturing equipment
- Must possess the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams/schematics
- Must possess strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to succeed with little supervision
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively work as part of a cross-functional team

OVERVIEW:
Build, maintain, update and communicate a Master Schedule to meet Company’s business goals by creating a structured process which marries planning with execution metrics. It should include current information and company goals while maximizing production efficiency.
Using data from the ERP, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Management teams to reflect current realities in the schedule along with alternate scenarios. This includes communicating exposure to risks, changes in costs & production capacity as well as meeting customer demand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Learn about our products, manufacturing capacities, material supply chain and seasonal demand.
- Clearly define resources and timing required to fulfill customer demand: raw materials, components, subassemblies, labor production rates, and demonstrated throughput.
- Clearly define process and machine capacities to product achievable output, while smoothing demand for efficient use of resources.
- Provide resource projections to support financial decision making.
- Create and maintain production schedule / model to ensure alignment with materials, inventory, production capabilities, labor, and sales demand, including changes.
- Implements production tools for building actual customer demands, Kanbans, prioritizing builds, for expediting and automating transactions per Lean concepts.
- Coordinate input and results with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to achieve production and performance goals.
- Clearly communicate with all involved to ensure the goals are achieved and facilitate problem resolution. This includes actively monitoring for and troubleshooting potential scheduling problems, plus communicating them appropriately.
- Raise, maintain, report, and escalate risks in coordinate with the management and departments to ensure effective and efficient risk management and mitigation processes.
- Follow a documented, detailed, and organized process to update the schedules weekly, using actual and anticipated data and changes.
- Fully utilize data from the ERP system for analysis and be able to present it in clear, concise, and useful terms.
- Collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and sourcing to ensure planning is meeting current and future goals.
- Establish a weekly routine of meeting with all parties involved, including gathering input and communicating useful information. This includes changes in risk for costs, supply chain, timelines, etc.
- Manage the planning team.

This role is designed for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of high engagement and delivered results.
You will handle a blend of inbound leads, existing customer opportunities, and outbound prospecting to build your pipeline and regularly close 6-figure contracts.
What You'll Do Drive Revenue: Regularly win contracts and close 6-figure opportunities.
Prospect & Qualify: Make 20-40 targeted sales calls and outreaches per day to qualify and initiate contact with potential customers at all levels.
We receive thousands of inbound leads every year, your pipeline will always be full.
Consultative Selling: Ask fact-finding questions, actively listen to understand business pain points, and identify where Creative Works' solutions can add value.
Educate & Guide: Teach new leads about key success factors around our attractions and navigate sales cycles with single or multiple decision-makers.
Manage Pipeline: Track and manage all sales activities, trade show leads, and active prospecting using our CRM (Salesforce/Monday).
Represent the Brand: Travel 10-15% of the year for industry trade shows and client site visits.
What You Bring Proven Experience: A strong background in B2B sales and/or business development.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate product value and craft compelling messaging.
Hustle: Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and researching potential prospects through a variety of channels.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday, or similar).

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
