UNC Rex has a robust and efficient surgical program.
We have two separate OR departments that perform both inpatient and outpatient procedures on adult and pediatric populations.
Our OR West has 12 Operating Rooms and OR East has 11 Operating Rooms and 2 Procedure Rooms.

Summary: Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: 1.
Education
- Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self.

With assistance, uses patient education materials relevant to patient population.

The Advanced Cardiac Care Clinic Manager has responsibility for operations of the Advanced Cardiac Care Clinic which consists of an Advanced Heart Failure Clinic as well as a Structural Heart Clinic. There is also responsibility for an off-site Cardiopulmonary Rehab department. All areas operate Monday thru Friday.
Required Education: BSN or equivalent (ADN with MSN, BA with MSN)
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Required License/ Certifications:
- Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON. Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
