What You’ll Actually Do
- Own the full operation of the Portland office, including planning, execution, and delivery of company goals and initiatives across all departments
- Work closely with Division and Operations Managers on business development strategy, work acquisition, contracting, and project execution, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and resolving issues as they arise
- Develop and manage office budgets, monitor costs, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure accurate financial reporting that meets company profitability targets
- Review and approve office expenditures and ensure alignment with company goals
- Lead and mentor department managers and staff, ensuring proper resource allocation, balancing workloads, and cultivating a culture that holds both high performance and the development of people in equal regard
- Invest in your people through consistent coaching, honest feedback, and career development conversations that are personal and purposeful
- Attend client functions, support business development activities, and maintain strong relationships with clients, design firms, and industry partners

Who You Are
- You have an expansive commercial construction career, 10+ years of progressive experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or general management role
- You’ve built complex projects from the ground up and have the technical depth to back it up. You understand construction processes, project management, contracts, and regulatory compliance at a high level
- You’re a strong financial manager with real experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- You’re a leader who is genuinely invested in the people around you and the culture you help create

As a Supply Chain Business Manager, you will help drive delivery and supplier operational excellence within a global supply chain. This role is within the Supply Chain Commodity team and is instrumental in helping Supply Chain navigate through record ramps and other operational complexities thrown our way. In this position, you will help manage global factories and have responsibility for multiple suppliers within various commodities.
What You’ll Do:
Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases.
Defines metrics and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement. Regularly evaluate quality and performance benchmarks, and the risks associated with the preferred supply base selection.
Continuously working on process improvement to deploy & develop best known methods related to procurement, inventory control (e.g., JIT, Kanban, min/max) & manufacturing strategies.
Established goals with supplier to ensure material delivery meet forecasted demand.
Represents supplier business management on a cross-functional commodity teams that focuses on supply challenges, and to ensure internal/external customer needs are satisfied.
Works with engineering and the supplier to resolve complex problem to ensure on time delivery of critical material to support customer and company requirements.
Develops presentation, white papers, process flow charts to support continues process improvement projects.
Works with supplier to monitors product cost preventing negative PPV and supporting cost reduction efforts.
Drive the improvement of the suppliers’ manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and on-time-delivery.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with scalable and repeatable results.
Knowledge, experience and practical use of Microsoft Excel, SAP or other ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, Data Lookup/Indexing, Dashboards.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% (including domestic and international), mostly domestic travel for internal meetings.

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent• 1 Year commercial driving
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited program
Completion of an ACGME OB/GYN residency program (or anticipated completion prior to starting at WHA)
Board eligible or board certified in obstetrics/gynecology
Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Oregon (or licensed prior to hire date) without restriction or qualification
Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate
Ability to obtain medical staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges in OB/GYN at hospital(s) designated by WHA, with no restrictions or conditions
Meets all criteria required of participating physicians in health plans and government health programs designated by WHA
Insurable by malpractice carrier for WHA in minimum amounts required by WHA
