Essential Job Functions:

Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing processes while maintaining compliance to design specifications.

Programming of equipment, creation of CNC code, and tool path simulation.

Primary contact for design engineering or program management on manufacturing processes.

Creates and maintains manufacturing methods, Bill of Materials, and labor standards in ERP system.

Participates in activities related to C.I. and cost reductions/process improvements.

Design, construction, and validation of tooling, fixtures, gages, and equipment.

Workflow / cell design with a focus on waste reduction and process improvement.

Analysis of manufacturing variances to help identify key areas in need of improvement.

Troubleshoot and solve manufacturing problems in a machining environment.

Support Supply Chain and Quality with supplier development activities as needed.

Mentor/guide lower level manufacturing engineers.

Support customer complaints and concerns.

Provide support for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, companywide.

Qualifications:

5-10 years manufacturing engineering experience.

Minimum 5 years CAD and CAM software experience required. Mastercam preferred.

AutoCAD Inventor 3D modelling or similar software required.

Vericut experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret complex 2D blueprints and 3D models required.

Working knowledge of GD&T required.

Experience with tooling selection and fixture design required.

Knowledge of both manual and CNC machining equipment, specifically multi-axis (5+) programming experience.

Hands on troubleshooting & problem solving including statistical analysis.

Ability to implement change and train employees in a production floor environment.

Excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft products.

Must submit to and satisfactorily pass any pre-employment screening required for employment with the Company.

Must take medical exams required by law, in conjunction with occupation specific activities, the physical work environment, and ongoing industrial hygiene sampling results.

ESTIMATOR – Commercial & Industrial

Position Description:

The position of Estimator should be capable of preparing proposals for all types of projects (i.e. commercial, industrial, mission critical, education, healthcare, underground, etc.). An individual in this position shall have experience in understanding the means and methods required for completion of various types of construction. A successful estimator shall be able to complete all required take-offs, requests for proposal package reviews, and site reviews required to prepare any proposal. This position will attend project related meetings and site visits when required, complete site visits and scope discussions with assigned Superintendent, Project manager or his designee, and clearly communicate the project requirements and basis for their estimate during bid reviews.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in use of required computer software (Microsoft Suite inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, OneDrive, along with Online Client Portals and Oracle Primavera P6)
• Estimating software Accubid
• Proficiency in independently preparing standard proposals.

Job Brief: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The Clinical Affairs Manager will provide clinical expertise, insight, and support to clinical end-users, clinical sales specialists, sales team, Regulatory, Engineering, marketing, and other corporate departments on safe and effective use of the Teleflex Medical product portfolio with primary emphasis on the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise. This position will support the appropriate clinical application of the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise via didactic, web-based, and teleconference education, and understanding of these products and best practices. Participate as a clinical expert on project teams, committees, and in meetings with various corporate departments to provide guidance as to the clinical perspectives for the Coronary/Structural franchise. Build and support infrastructure for speaker programs supporting Teleflex Academy, webinars, training content, and programs. Coordinate and participate in content development and review of education material as needed by IA BU or CMA. Manage all business-associated administrative tasks and responsibilities to support job-related activities, to include strict adherence to the Teleflex Medical T&E policies and procedures, timely filing of required and/or requested reports, and documentation of activities via approved documents and forms. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. Procedural experience within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart Possess a minimum of five years' clinical exposure in the medical field in the Cardiology environment. Medical Device industry supporting Clinical and Medical Affairs, strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; SalesForce experience preferred.
