General Summary of Position:
The Manager of Information Security leads Granite's enterprise security program, ensuring the protection of corporate systems, applications, cloud platforms, and data across the entire business. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Granite's enterprise wide Information Security Program, ensuring
protection of corporate systems, data, applications, cloud environments, and business
operations across all departments (IT, Engineering, Legal, Ops, Customer facing
teams). - Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate
security policies, standards, procedures, and supporting governance documents. - Direct vulnerability management activities across infrastructure, cloud, and
applications; coordinate remediation with engineering, DevOps, and operations teams;
validate fixes through scanning and ongoing monitoring. - Oversee cloud security for GCP and AWS, ensuring secure configuration, access

business leaders on priorities, risks, and remediation activities. - Ensure proper data handling practices across the business, including the identification

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance,

The Opportunity
MassMutual Investment Management (IM) seeks a seasoned investment management and operations professional to lead the investment performance function for MassMutual’s General Investment Account (GIA). This role reports to the Head of Manager Oversight and will:
- Design, and oversee implementation of models, policies, and procedures for a best-in-class performance and attribution reporting function.
- Help drive strategy and execution of investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting programs supporting MassMutual’s Board, CIO, and other key stakeholders.

The Impact and Key Responsibilities:
Lead MassMutual’s investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting function for a $250B+ General Investment Account (GIA). In this role you will be on the starting line to help influence, design and implement a state-of-the-art performance measurement and attribution capability. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, influence, executive visibility, and the opportunity to transform performance analytics and attribution capabilities for a prestigious insurance company.
- Evolve existing practices and refresh methodologies, assumptions, and models to introduce new and industry best practice approaches for presenting performance across products, asset classes, and instruments.
- Lead strategic platform rationalization and evaluate performance engines to enhance analytics.

The Minimum Qualifications

- 10+ years in investment management with progressive experience focusing on performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
- 5+ years in leading teams and/or investment strategy and decision-making for an asset owner, allocator or investment advisor, in a role focused on: investment performance, attribution and analysis; portfolio management; product management or research; portfolio strategy or securities research [investment selection].
- Experience with liability-driven investment strategies, including ALM frameworks, duration matching, and immunization techniques.
- Experience designing, building, and calibrating investment return, valuation, or risk models for capital allocation in multi-asset portfolios.
- Advanced Excel and quantitative modeling; familiarity with GIPS® standards and compliance; strong understanding of risk-adjusted return metrics (TWR, IRR, Brinson attribution, factor attribution).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing project team in Boston, MA. Participate in the research and implementation of new statutory and GAAP investment accounting.
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related major
At least 4 years of accounting or finance experience in a corporate environment
Knowledge of GAAP and STAT accounting

Prior exposure to investments, investment accounting, subsidiary ledger processing and related investment matters a plus!
Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze financial data sets and tell the story of the data.

General Summary of Position:
As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise in SD-WAN networking and firewall management will be essential in proactively identifying and resolving network issues and implementing appropriate solutions. The ability to work independently and effectively manage a ticket queue is crucial to ensure timely response and resolution of network-related incidents. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remotely troubleshoot managed service-related issues on support calls with Granite customers and/or field technicians
- Assist with the implementation and onboarding of innovative security and networking products, including in-house designed hardware solutions
- Professionally, accurately, and efficiently handle customer requests including technical and non-technical inquiries to any NOC related services
- Work with industry standard partners (Fortinet, Cisco, VMWare, etc.) on the support and implementation of nationwide networks
- Study and improve personal technical capabilities in enterprise networking, network security, and unified voice application support to contribute to the company mission at a higher level of expertise
- Independently handle a queue of tickets, promptly responding to incidents, requests, and changes while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor the performance and health of the network infrastructure, including SD-WAN devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years in a technical support related role, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of networking standards, OSI model, subnetting and routing protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
- Understanding of agile task management and project operations
- Ability to provide a high level of customer support to improve customer experience
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment in a hybrid WFH model
- Must have the ability to be cleared for Public Trust P2 clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and protocols, such as MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, QoS, and traffic engineering.

General Summary of Position:
Granite has an immediate need for associates in the Managed Services department to work on configurations and activations of our managed services products. We are looking for representatives, preferably with experience in network routing and switching or relevant technical background willing to learn and excel in the field. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role responsible for improving conversion rate, reducing friction, and building a personalized shopping experience. You will own the website roadmap, partnering with the Head of Growth and a cross functional team of Creative, Engineering, Analytics, and external agencies.

What You’ll Own
- Full ownership of website performance and roadmap

Who You Are
