TechniBlend is looking for a self-starter, ambitious Field Service Technician to deliver world-class technical customer service and support. This person will work directly within the Technical Service Group and manage multiple customers and projects. Service Technicians frequently correspond with customers; maintain oversight on equipment, service machinery, and travel to customer facilities. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

• Support TechniBlend (OEM) equipment and systems at customer production facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and controls technical errors with
equipment and determine and execute proper solutions.
• Remotely monitor the effectiveness and performance of equipment via remote access
software and direct communication with customers.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of control systems, ensuring functionality, reliability,
and safety.
• Perform modifications, upgrades, and routine maintenance to existing equipment to meet
customer needs and requirements.
• Provide best-in-class service with customers and collaborate professionally fellow
technical service and engineering personnel.
• Provide training to the customers on equipment operations and maintenance procedures.
• Produce timely, accurate and detailed service reports.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and
modifications as required.
• Manage field service appointments and customer troubleshooting requests through
Salesforce – Field Service Lightning.
• Ability to manage travel and expenses through expense management software while
following company policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Requesting (not required) 3 to 5 years of experience in installation, industrial maintenance,
and troubleshooting of processing systems preferred.
• Associates or technical degree in engineering or related field required. – Prefer higher
level education in engineering, electronics, programming, etc.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and process systems used in the brewing,
food & beverage production industry.
• Experience with various control systems and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers),
especially Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley systems.
• Experience with mechanical process equipment such as pumps, valves, meters and other
components.
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, Salesforce, Syteline

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for precision timing solutions.
- Collaborate with product marketing, segment marketing, sales, and engineering to align messaging with buyer personas.
- Manage campaign workflows including content creation, email, advertising, social media, and live events.
- Execute ABM and lead nurturing programs tailored to semiconductor design engineers and hardware decision-makers.

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney (1–2 years of experience) to join our growing PI litigation team through a structured Trial Mentorship Program designed to accelerate courtroom development and transition you into managing your own caseload.
This is not a back-office drafting role. You will work directly under a senior trial attorney in a defined 12-month courtroom development track built to provide meaningful litigation exposure and a clear path to independent case responsibility.

What You’ll Do
As an Attorney, you will manage all aspects of active matters in:
- New York & New Jersey Surrogate’s Courts – Probate, Administration, fiduciary support
- Article 81 Guardianship Proceedings – drafting petitions, communicating with parties, Mental Hygiene Court appearances
- Estate Planning – assisting with Trusts, Wills, POAs, Healthcare Proxies
- Medicaid Planning- working with the Team to assist clients in all aspects of Medicaid Planning and Elder Law
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and consulting with clients
- Drafting petitions, motions, and estate-planning documents
- Keeping clients informed and responding to inquiries promptly
- Appearing in court as needed
- Coordinating with the managing attorney on strategy
- Managing deadlines, communications, and files in the firm's CMS
- Performing legal research
- Participating in weekly and monthly case reviews and team meetings

This is an ongoing 20 hours/week role with an expected duration of 6 months, with potential to extend. This position is fully remote and you will be reporting directly to the VP, Enterprise Communications.
The Communications Project Manager will serve as an operational and organizational engine for two fast-moving communications teams. Responsibilities
- Compile weekly project updates for the VP to support executive staff meeting discussions.
