The Global Tech Strategy & Engagements manager serves as the strategic architect of AGS Tech's global portfolio strategy and thought partner to the AGS Tech Leader on enterprise-wide business and investment decisions.
This customer-focused, proactive leader will be responsible for directing forward-looking execution of business priorities — working directly with the AGS Tech Leader to make the organization faster, smarter, and more aligned. That means turning portfolio strategy into real outcomes by working through people, setting up the conditions for good decisions, and keeping leaders across AGS Tech moving in the same direction. They cut through the noise, reduce friction, and make sure the right conversations happen before they become the wrong problems.
This is a senior leadership role that calls for someone who is genuinely invested in helping others succeed and understands that how an organization operates, communicates, and builds trust directly affects business results. The strongest candidate has a history of making the people around them better, not just the work.
This role manages the engagement team, connects Finance, HR, Operations, and technical leadership, and owns the outcomes that matter most to AGS Tech organization.
This position requires up to 50% travel and must be based at an AWS Hub Location.

Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Customer Engagement & Business Development
• Prioritize and orchestrate high-impact customer meetings in close coordination with senior leadership to maximize business outcomes
• Guide and oversee complex engagements with enterprise customers, ensuring appropriate next steps, follow-through, and accountability across direct and indirect organizations
• Drive new business development, increase and sustain existing business relationships, and oversee strategic follow-up for AWS's largest customers
• Participate in executive-level customer meetings, determine appropriate attendee slate, consolidate actions, and ensure timely execution across matrixed stakeholders
2. Engagement Strategy & Framework Development

• Elevate engagements from event execution to strategic business conversations that demonstrate measurable differentiation and competitive positioning

4. Strategic Business Integration & Cross-Functional Leadership

The Rockland County Department of Highways, Drainage Division, is seeking a Director of the Drainage Agency. The work is specialized diverse, and complex in nature.

This is administrative and managerial work of a complex nature that involves responsibility for developing and implementing policies and procedures to implement safe, efficient and modern stream maintenance and drainage programs. The work is performed under the general direction of the Superintendent of Highways and in accordance with Federal and New York State applicable laws and regulations and Rockland County objectives and policies. Develops policies and procedures with respect to drainage programs and makes recommendations to the Superintendent of Highways regarding same. Arranges for the engineering, construction, improvement, repair and maintenance of County streams, water courses, drainage courses, and tributaries and ensures that services are in compliance with policies and regulations. Oversees the administration of drainage-related capital projects, including but not limited to monitoring funding, supervising contract bid processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirement. Responds to emergencies (e.g. severe flooding) by inspecting and monitoring flooding and related conditions, acting as liaison with County officials and first responders to exchange information and resolve problems, preparing reports regarding flood damage and related conditions in order to obtain New York State and Federal funding. Completes applications and prepares documents to secure New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) permits, as needed, regarding dam safety, streams, aquatic habitats, wetland programs, etc. Acts as liaison to a variety of governmental agencies and units of government, as needed, including but not limited to the Army Corp of Engineers, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, towns and village, etc. Approves plans, specifications and estimates for construction, maintenance and repair of stream watercourses and tributaries. Oversees the Drainage Agency’s permit application process and ensures compliance with the Rockland County Stream Control Act as it applies to activities within areas under the jurisdiction of the Drainage Agency. Plans and directs a Stream Maintenance program, maintains records and makes reports. Acts for and in place of the Superintendent of Highways with respect to drainage matters, as needed. May provide legal opinions regarding Federal, New York State, and Rockland County laws that pertain to drainage matters. May inventory and purchase machinery, equipment and materials.

Thorough knowledge of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation requirements and regulations, thorough knowledge of general practices and regulations regarding stream maintenance and general construction procedures. Good knowledge of administrative procedures and techniques, especially as they pertain to a comprehensive modern stream maintenance and drainage programs, ability to plan, develop and implement general policies and procedures for a modern and efficient stream and drainage system, including stream maintenance and construction. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with others, including elected officials and Federal and New York representatives. Have the ability to understand and interpret laws and regulations that pertain to drainage-related matters. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing Also does related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Environmental Engineering, or comparable curriculum or;
  • A New York State license to practice law and
  • Four (4) years of post-degree supervisory, administrative or management experience that substantially involved responsibility for drainage and/or environmental programs and projects (e.g., development of policies and procedures, supervision of staff, enforcement, providing legal opinions and/or litigating related matters, overseeing the implementation of programs and projects, etc.).

Positional Overview

The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading electrical design, engineering, construction, and maintenance contractor headquartered in Buffalo, NY with a legacy of serving commercial, industrial, institutional, and utility clients. The organization delivers comprehensive power systems, lighting, controls, and infrastructure solutions — from high-voltage substations to low-voltage systems and 24/7 emergency service — supported by in-house expertise in engineering and project execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and clients, manage schedules and financials, and proactively address project risks to drive successful outcomes and maintain strong customer relationships.

Role & Responsibility:


  • Build relationships with customers and introduce complete portfolio of company services where appropriate.

  • Work collaboratively with the foreman on progress of project to ensure the project is appropriately staffed and field employees have all required tools & equipment to perform their job safely and efficiently.
  • Procure materials with the intension of just-in-time delivery; resolve delivery issues and site logistics challenges with safety and efficiency in mind.
  • Work in conjunction with other trades on jobsite to meet project objectives.
  • When required, manage the submittal approval process to ensure compliance with contract specifications and installation methodology.
  • Create and drive a construction schedule that aligns with the owner/construction manager’s schedule.
  • Create and manage all subcontracts where labor is required to be performed.
  • Create and manage all participation requirements per the project contract.
  • Manage the RFI Process.
