The Web Content Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Creighton's internal online content. This position involves overseeing web content management platforms including Salesforce CMS and Gather Content by Bynder including workflow, publishing, and management processes. The Web Content Manager also ensures compliance with governance and policies for significant changes and will work closely with university partners across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

The Public Safety Dispatcher manages a communications center to enable the protection of Creighton University's Omaha Campus, including people, facilities, and property. A successful dispatcher candidate will demonstrate absolute integrity, a willingness to relate to all members of the Creighton community, a desire to help others, and the ability to exercise good judgment under pressure. Public Safety dispatchers receive calls for assistance and information and dispatch Public Safety officers to emergency and non-emergency calls for services, including safety and security incidents, medical aid, and fire alarms. Dispatchers also track calls and activities and maintain a log of incidents occurring during their assigned shifts. Due to the nature of the role, the ability to multitask is crucial. The dispatcher position is a lifeline position to callers and officers. The ability to creatively solve problems and find resolutions to questions, problems, and concerns is imperative. The College of Arts and Sciences at Creighton University is hiring a part-time Administrative Accreditation Support Staff position to initially support the Social Work accreditation process. This is a day position working primarily Monday - Friday, on campus. Some flexibility with hours to meet program peak times for productivity, and program needs due to student schedules for activities (occasional early evening).
The Support Staff will begin as an integral part of the College of Arts & Sciences accreditation process, beginning with the Social Work program, in achieving its mission through supporting the education of future social workers, connecting with alumni, and maintaining a collaborative reputation with community partners. The Social Work Program is accredited by CSWE (Council on Social Work Education), so being familiar with these standards is preferred, as well as willing to build effective processes in collaboration with faculty. This role involves big picture thinking and ability to drill down to the details to help execute it. Assignments and tasks connect with the CSWE standards, including wording, development, tracking, and reporting. Hospitality and congeniality are important in all interactions with the broad range of stakeholders connected with the Social Work Program.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $86,100 - $151,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
