Corporate Counsel Summary:
Our client is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as its senior in-house legal leader. This role provides proactive, strategic legal guidance across the organization, with primary responsibility for contract review, lease and real estate matters, and enterprise-level risk management.
This position works closely with executive leadership, finance, operations, HR, and program leadership to ensure the organization’s growth, partnerships, and service delivery are supported by sound legal strategy.
The Corporate Counsel will translate complex legal risk into practical operational guidance and help leadership make informed, forward-looking decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts across government, vendor, partnership, grant, consulting, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with leadership and review policies and procedures as they relate to legal compliance and risk.
- Identify legal and financial exposure, advising leadership on liability, indemnification, insurance, termination, and operational alignment.
- Partner closely with Finance to ensure contractual commitments reflect financial and operational realities.
- Lead legal oversight of commercial leases, site expansions, relocations, acquisitions, and capital projects.
- Conduct due diligence in regard to capital projects, community partner collaborations, governmental agency regulations, and other new project matters.
- Coordinate with external real estate counsel as needed.
- Provide ongoing legal counsel to executive leadership and the board.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York State.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Significant experience in:
- Contract drafting and negotiation.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Under the general direction of the Sleep Disorders Center Technical Director, conducts studies and safe monitoring of clinical patients. Clinical patients vary in age from adolescence to geriatric and evaluations can be for any of 150 different sleep/wake disorders. Most commonly, technologists encounter sleep apnea, narcolepsy, night terrors, nocturnal myoclonus and clinical insomnia.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Prior to greeting the patient, the patient’s chart and requisition are thoroughly reviewed.
- Listens to telephone messages and reads intradepartmental communication journal.
- Responds in a timely manner to fill cancellations/ vacancies from the patient waiting list.
- The patient is interviewed as to specific needs, including sleep positions, self-medication, allergies to tape, preparation solutions, etc.
- Competently measures and applies electrodes according to the International Ten-Twenty method.
- All instruments to be used will be calibrated according to the department policy and procedure manual.
- Apply ECG, EOG, and EMG electrodes according to department policy and procedure manual.
- Place and securely attach recording devices to measure airflow, nasal pressure, respiratory effort and pulse oximetry.
- Perform impedance measurements on all EEG and EMG electrodes to assure all readings are
- Perform patient biocalibrations according to department procedure manual.
- Begins recordings with accurate demographic information and troubleshoots appropriately.
- Identifies characteristics comprising each stage of sleep.
- Monitor the patient continuously, to assure a safe and proper recording, and thoroughly documents all aspects of care.
- Note and correct equipment malfunctions or sensor displacement/ failures and reports problems/ needs in correspondence journal.
- Respond to any patient needs.
- Alter the patient’s environment to obtain the required sleep/wake data. Encourages repositioning when necessary.
- Carefully awaken patient and record post-test calibrations.
- Remove electrodes and devices and assist patient as necessary.
- Completes electronic technologist report to summarize all-night recordings; ensures all patient forms and tracking logs are completed accurately, signed, and scanned correctly.
- Navigates EHR and inputs patient data, including vital signs, medications, and allergies for Meaningful Use.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to patient’s medical problems and physiological events, especially cardiac dysrhythmias, respiratory events and seizures.
Education/Experience Requirements
Required:
- Completion of an accredited training program in Respiratory Therapy; or training in a related allied health field with enrollment or completion of the A-STEP Online Self Study Modules or CAAHEP accredited sleep technology training program, electroneurodiagnostic (END) program, or respiratory therapy add on track for sleep technology
- Two years of experience with patients, laboratory studies or closely related field or the equivalent.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in biological, physical, or medical sciences
Licensure/Certification Requirements
Required:
- New York State licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner with registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or New York State licensure as a Polysomnographic Technologist

As a Digital Content Specialist II, you will support UX copywriting and content
across AMA's digital platforms, with a primary focus on FREIDA, a platform that
helps medical students search for and evaluate residency programs. The role contributes
to the creation of specialty-specific informational content, user-facing copy,
and messaging that helps guide medical students, residents, and physicians
through critical career decisions. Working under established UX and content
standards, this role applies UX writing best practices to improve clarity,
engagement, and usability. The position works closely with product, UX, and
marketing teams to ensure content is consistent, effective, and aligned with
the overall member experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing and Content Development
- Write comprehensive Q&A content for individual medical specialties within the FREIDA Specialty Guide
- Develop and maintain informational content across FREIDA resources, including the Residency Guide and student-facing guidance materials
- Develop copy for the Program Director Portal, including guidance, instructions, and resource content
- Create push notifications, alert banners, and promotional messaging to support engagement and highlight key deadlines and seasonal activities

- Work on landing page and member-facing content that supports usability and conversion goals

Do you want to be an Information Security Leader at GoDaddy? GoDaddy's Product Security group is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to join our organization. Can you solve large scale and cross-company issues, while ensuring that partnership with the development and operational communities remains in front of mind?
GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.
What you'll get to do...
- Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
- Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
- Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
- Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
- Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
- Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.
Your experience should include...
- 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
- Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
- Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
- Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
- Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You might also have...
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Hosting industry and/or cloud Experience.
- Experience in hardware security.
