Job Summary:

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the Water Lilies Sanitation Program throughout the manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
• Maintain and develop cleaning standards that define time to clean by equipment-Sanitation sequencing.
• Manage and oversee Clean in Place system and clean out of Place system
• Analyze data and trends, develop actions based on data.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of operational standards
• Provide leadership and training for sanitation and production personnel to complete production line and facility sanitation as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule, Daily Tasks, Maintenance Work Schedule, and Production Schedule.
• Technical liaison between factory personnel and sanitation chemical supplier,
• Create a safe working environment for personnel working in sanitation, maintain chemical safety procedures and MSDS’s, work with chemical suppliers to provide chemical handling training, provide leadership in enhancing chemical training beyond what chemical supplier provides, and meet all requirements
• Create a structured, orderly chemical storage and sanitation supply area in the factory.
• Ensure compliance with the Global Cleaning and Sanitation Manual
• Initiate and execute cleaning verification and validation programs to prove effectiveness of Sanitation program.
• Partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement
• Manage and evaluate the Sanitation staff including but not limited to performance management and employee development, etc.
• Develop and manage the department’s operating budget.
• Responsible for supporting and providing training for employees.
• Accountable for monitoring safety of employees.
• Accountable for the scheduled routine and periodic sanitation cleaning within the plant and the grounds of the property.
• Responsible to create and assign the sanitation schedule plan to the sanitation team and provide direction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Competencies:

• Experience in manufacturing or supervisory experience is required.
• Certified Sanitarian or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.
• Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OHSA, FDA, USDA, and EPA.
• Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills required along with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality or production systems, procedures, & policies. Handle multiple assignments, develop work plans, & prioritize.
• High trust individual, who works well independently with minimal oversight

Work Environment & Schedule:

This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Additionally, this role requires working overnight shifts, weekends, and all required overtime as needed. It requires 80% of time on the production floor, ability to lift, squat, push, pull, etc. to inspect machinery and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

The employee will occasionally move within the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, and collaborate with colleagues. Consistent use of office equipment, such equipment may include but not limited to computers, phones, printers, and copiers. The employee will be required to frequently communicate with both internal staff members as well as external parties or customers and must be able to convey accurate information. Overview:

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management, forecasting, and treasury operations. This individual will play a key role in monitoring liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring accurate reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience with cash flow forecasting and working within Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances vs. actuals

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across all accounts

• Execute cash transfers, wires, and intercompany funding activities

• Support bank account management, including account setup, maintenance, and reconciliations

• Utilize Oracle to track cash activity, reporting, and forecasting inputs

• Partner with Accounting and FP&A on cash reporting, month-end close, and working capital analysis

• Assist in debt compliance, interest calculations, and covenant reporting as needed

• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting automation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2–5+ years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience

• Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

• Experience working in Oracle (Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud preferred)

• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis

• Understanding of banking operations, cash management, and treasury controls

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background:

• Experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment or multi-entity structure

• Exposure to debt, credit facilities, or treasury management systems (TMS)

• Experience partnering cross-functionally with FP&A and Accounting teams

Controller - Real Estate Asset Management & Strategic Advisory Firm - Fully Remote - $160k-$180k + B

The Firm:

A privately backed Real Estate Asset Management & Strategic Advisory Firm with a diversified, multi-state commercial portfolio is expanding its finance function. The firm operates at the intersection of asset management, investment oversight, and strategic advisory, partnering closely with ownership groups, lenders, and institutional stakeholders.

Led by seasoned real estate principals with deep experience across office, retail, mixed-use, and other asset classes, the organization combines institutional discipline with an agile, high-accountability culture.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates within commuting distance to New York City for periodic in-person collaboration.

The Role:

The Controller will serve as a key finance partner supporting portfolio performance, capital oversight, and ownership reporting across a national portfolio.

This is not a traditional property accounting role. Instead, this position bridges property-level financial review with investment-level analysis, debt oversight, and portfolio reporting. The right candidate will be comfortable operating independently, interacting with asset management and capital partners, and strengthening financial processes in a lean environment.

You will work cross-functionally with asset management, third-party property managers, lenders, and external accounting providers to ensure accurate reporting, disciplined cash management, and clear financial visibility across assets.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio & Property Financial Oversight

• Review monthly and quarterly property financial packages prepared by third-party managers
• Analyze operating statements, balance sheets, cash flow, general ledger activity, and variance reporting
• Monitor portfolio-level performance metrics and support business plan tracking
• Identify reporting inconsistencies and partner with property managers to improve accuracy and timeliness

Capital & Debt Management

• Track lender reporting requirements and debt covenant compliance
• Review debt service calculations, reserve activity, and capital expenditure funding
• Support refinancing and recapitalization initiatives, including financial analysis and data coordination
• Assist with capital planning and cash forecasting across assets

Ownership & Investment Reporting

• Support preparation of ownership-level and partnership financial reporting
• Track capital contributions, distributions, and member loan activity
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Assist in preparing consolidated portfolio reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Process & Infrastructure Enhancement

• Strengthen internal reporting frameworks and financial controls

• Contribute to the development of scalable financial workflows as the platform grows
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support investment and asset-level decision-making

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of commercial real estate accounting or portfolio finance experience
• Strong understanding of property-level reporting and ownership/entity structures
• Experience working alongside asset management teams and interfacing with lenders
• Exposure to debt compliance, refinancing, or capital planning initiatives preferred
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-responsibility environment

We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Candidates located outside the designated office locations may qualify for full remote work, subject to company policy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A PE is also required. Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete, steel, and aluminum structures. Experience with cable design is preferred.

The primary duties associated with this position include:

• The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.
• Performing challenging 3-dimensional structural analyses and designs for a wide variety of clients using various state-of-the-art design software, including RISA 3D, SAP, RAM, and RISA Foundation.
• Responsible for serving as lead project engineer, i.e., taking responsibility for developing design, preparing detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and specifications. This includes coordinating the work of junior team members and amongst other trades.
• Solving engineering problems using experience, judgment, and education and knowing when to ask for assistance when required.
• Write and review related reports for the services provided.
• Scoping projects and assisting project managers with proposal creation.
• Serving as a Quality Control reviewer for the designs of team members.
• Assisting the Team Leader in initiating, developing, and implementing continuous team improvement initiatives.
• Supporting structural work in our building projects within the Structural Facilities Group as workload warrants.
