About the Role
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Cesium chloride (CsCl) density gradient ultracentrifugation, ion-exchange chromatography, affinity purification, and tangential flow filtration (TFF), with a strong understanding of purification principles and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Execute purification processes including CsCl density gradient ultracentrifugation, affinity chromatography (e.g., AVB, CaptureSelect), ion-exchange chromatography (AEX, CEX), and other polishing steps.
- Operate AKTA systems (Avant, Pure, or Pilot) for small- to large-scale purification runs.
- Perform TFF operations for buffer exchange and concentration of intermediate or final products.

Role Summary
Rafi Properties is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager (ACPM) to support planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ACPM acts as a liaison between stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Documentation & Reporting

Responsibilities:
Department and Staff Management:
- Assign Estimating team members to projects. Balance and manage time of staff.

- Perform strategic and business planning for the department.

- Solicit material prices from suppliers.
- Obtain current labor rates.
- Prepare unit prices by "Building the Project in your Head."
- Verify and compare your unit prices or the price of a system with a subcontractor and previous similar estimates.
- Review all unit pricing on projects prepared by the Estimator. Make changes as required.
- Understand the influence of market conditions on pricing.
- Track all current market conditions.
Bid Activities:
- Review or compile GC's with the Senior Estimator and review with senior management.
- Assure on time delivery of bids and estimates, reviewing final plans and specifications with the Estimating team.
- Review of subcontractor selection and scopes and subcontractor/trade close outs on bid day.
- Review scope sheets and pricing with Estimating team members, ensuring that trade summary ties into bid form.
- Close out the subcontractor bid process.
- Review plans and specs with the lead Estimator.
- Assist the lead Estimator in directing additional staff assignments on bid day.
- Manage bid day activities by ensuring completion of bid forms, managing the clock and trying to develop a competitive advantage.
- Follow up with the client regarding bid results.
- Make Subcontractor, A/E fees, overhead, and fee recommendations to upper management.

The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects to be built for clients under various contractual relationships. What You’ll Do:
- Lead with timely roll-out and execution of the entire estimate deliverable process

Candidates must have 5 plus years of experience as a Superintendent. Some of the major job duties include:
- Plan and supervise all field related activities, including determining method of construction sequencing activities
- Apply knowledge of applicable plans, specifications and project work scope
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the construction operation, including documentation of activities on a daily basis
- Provide job cost information to the Project Manager and GS, including cost coding of invoices, monthly job cost quantity reporting and monthly pay requisition quantities
- Monitor trade and subcontractor compliance with project safety program requirements, perform weekly safety inspections and tool box talks, and document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Assist Safety Manager in performing incident and/or accident investigations
- Prepare for and attends status meetings
- Train field personnel
- Perform project close-out in concert with PM and ensure applicable punch list is completed in a cost effective timely manner
In addition to the job duties above the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications below:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology Preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control
- Ability to supervise multiple crews and subcontractors.
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, leadership and decision-making ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows
- Basic survey experience preferred

JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a Security Architect / AI Security AppSec Architect to assist in the strategic evaluation and secure implementation of our AI Agent Framework. As AI adoption accelerates across our investment and research teams, this role will be pivotal in ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient, and compliant. You will combine high-level architectural oversight—specifically evaluating new and emerging AI technologies—with hands-on engineering.
Reporting to the Director of Security in Global Security organization, you will research security controls, validate emerging architectural patterns, and define the governance standards for M365 Copilot Agents and autonomous agents built on Azure AI Foundry.
Primary Responsibilities:
Technology Evaluation & Security Architecture
- Emerging Tech Research: Proactively evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and LLM providers to assess their security posture and suitability for a highly regulated investment environment.
- Architectural Design: Design and validate secure architectural patterns for AI agent integration within the organization’s ecosystem, ensuring data privacy and IP protection.
- Threat Modeling: Conduct deep-dive analysis of AI-specific threats (prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning) and architect systemic mitigations.
- Platform Assessment: Evaluate the security capabilities of Azure AI Foundry, M365 Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Graph API against the organization’s compliance standards.
- MCP Specialization: Assess Model Context Protocol (MCP) security best practices, designing isolation strategies for context management.
- As a security architect, assist with evaluations of other technologies being evaluated with via our Enterprise Architecture Review Board
Technical Implementation & Validation
- Hardening & Standards: Create hardening checklists and configuration standards for AI platforms that bridge the gap between innovation and rigorous risk management.
- Identity & Integration: Test and document sophisticated integration approaches with Azure Key Vault, Entra ID, and Managed Identities.
- Security Telemetry: Implement advanced logging, auditing, and monitoring for AI agent telemetry to ensure visibility into autonomous actions.
- Governance & Standards Development
- Design Principles: Lead the creation of the organization’s AI Agent Security Design Principles document.
- Policy Authoring: Working with various teams assist in developing technical sections of governance policies that address the risks of emerging AI technologies and autonomous workflows.
- CI/CD Integration: Identify and bridge control gaps in existing CI/CD pipelines to support secure, automated AI deployments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex security architectures into actionable implementation guides for developers and investment tech teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Architectural & Technical Skills
- 5+ years in Cloud Security/Architecture with deep hands-on Azure platform experience.
- AI Specialization: Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry (or similar platforms like AWS SageMaker).
- Modern Identity: Expert-level understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Service Principals, and Managed Identity in a complex enterprise environment.
- Emerging Protocols: Deep familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its implications for data isolation and session security.
- GenAI/LLM Expertise: Strong grasp of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and vector database security.
- Security Implementation & Strategy
- Zero Trust: Proven track record of implementing Zero Trust controls in financial services or cloud-native environments.
- Automation: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) to codify security guardrails.
- Threat Assessment: Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and AI-specific vulnerability scanning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or CISSP/CCSP.

Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project management are successfully completed. - Proficiency with PC and software, including Microsoft Office, Digital Takeoff programs, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Timberline.
- A strong understanding of the critical importance of project safety.
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and schedule and make logical decisions based on new information.
- Ability to work and contribute in a professional, team-oriented environment.
