Role Description
As the Director of Sales and Admissions, you are the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families from first inquiry through move-in. Lead Management and CRM:
• Manage all prospect activity in Yardi CRM with disciplined documentation — every inquiry, every touchpoint, every next step.
• Respond to inquiries promptly (target: within 15 minutes during business hours) and execute a structured follow-up cadence across phone, email, and text.
• Advance prospects through each stage of the pipeline with required activities completed and no records left without a next step assigned.
• Monitor and manage after-hours marketing calls with timely callbacks and remote documentation.
Tours and Prospect Experience:
• Lead personalized, discovery-driven tours that connect the community’s offerings to each family’s specific needs, concerns, and timeline.
• Prepare thoughtfully before every tour — know the prospect’s record, brief your team, and ensure the community is show-ready.
• Close every tour with a clear proposed next step and offer every prospect the opportunity to secure their place on the waitlist.
• Send personalized follow-up within 24 hours of every tour.
Partner Outreach/Community Visibility:
• Build and maintain a tiered referral partner network through scheduled visits, calls, and event participation.

• Participate in external networking events including ALPN, Chamber of Commerce, senior fairs, and partner open houses.

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and clinical team to ensure every move-in is seamless and well-supported.
• Conduct competitive market analyses twice annually and contribute insights to the regional team.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in senior living sales, healthcare sales, or a closely related consultative sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-touch sales process with empathy, organization, and consistent follow-through.
• Experience with a CRM platform (Yardi or similar); comfort with technology and digital documentation.
• Strong relationship-builder with a genuine passion for serving older adults and their families.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Safety Manager to oversee the quality control processes and manage Environmental, health, and Safety (SSHO) duties within our construction projects, particularly those related to federal contracts. The QA/QC Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards and regulations and implementing quality & EHS management systems to achieve project objectives. Project will be at military base. Must have military construction experience for serious consideration. Must have prior experience with design-build projects and project delivery for serious consideration.

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Lead and manage quality control by providing guidance and support to ensure effective quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, records, and compliance certifications.
- Train and mentor team members and other staff on quality control practices and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality management in construction.
- Ensuring EM385 and other relevant regulatory or compliance requirements are met.
- Promoting and maintaining a culture of safety throughout the worksite.
- Work closely with subcontractors by reviewing high risk activity of work scopes and providing support to ensure teams are informed about safety protocols/procedures specific to project.
- Verifying all workers are oriented, have proof of training for scope of work, and ensures team members are well-informed about safety protocols and procedures specific to the project.
- Actively participate in regular Environmental, Health, and Safety inspections, identifying potential hazards/compliance issues and promptly addressing them to mitigate risks.
- Leads the safety committee, collaborating with other team members to develop and implement effective safety measures.
- Conducting investigations, gathering relevant data - propose time-bound action items.
- Maintain and update all safety-related paperwork including hazardous materials, inspections, pre-task plans, and permits.
- Maintain, update, and practice Emergency Action Plan and call trees to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor site general conditions and plan with site team to ensure risks related to items such as walk paths, lighting, access, weather are accounted for.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to EHS management in construction or related field preferred

- 10+ years of relevant construction experience (3+ years of QC management)
- Active CQM cert
- Well-versed in 3 phases of quality control.
- Proven experience as a QC Manager on multiple DOD projects exceeding $10M

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to job site locations at all 5 bases on the island.
- Must have prior experience with design-build projects and project delivery for serious consideration.

- Outstanding Customer relations skills.
- This role and customer contracts require proof of US Citizenship. Ability to obtain security clearance is preferred.
Education/Experience:

We are seeking a high-impact Global Product Line Manager to steer the next chapter of growth within the Hydraulic Hose market segment. This position will lead and own the global strategy for hydraulic hose product lines including defining roadmaps, setting priorities, and leading initiatives that drive profitable growth for the organization long-term.
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary + 10%-15% bonus + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, 401k match, PTO.
Job Description:
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the global product strategy and lifecycle for engine hose solutions, including alternative energy technologies.
- NPD & NPI: Lead the New Product Development and Introduction process, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
- Market Intelligence: Capture Voice-of-Customer (VOC), monitor industry trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product requirements.
- Commercial Execution: Support sales and analytics teams to drive the pipeline, prepare market launch materials, and champion the product line to key customers.
- Financial & Ops Planning: Translate long-range financial forecasts into actionable product plans; manage global capacity, sourcing strategies, and capital investment needs.
- Global Coordination: Align with Regional Product Managers to ensure consistent supply chain, promotion, and manufacturing footprints across all territories.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build global partnerships.
- Business Acumen: A blend of technical expertise and commercial "savviness" with a strategic, intuitive mindset.
- Agility: Ability to adapt to and lead organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Global work experience and a deep understanding of the automotive/heavy-duty markets preferred.
