Position Overview
Toro Construction Corp is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to support our growing General Contracting Division. This key team member will lead the preparation of accurate, competitive, and thorough estimates for a variety of commercial and public works projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for public and private construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing.
- Identify and evaluate project risks, including material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Solicit subcontractor and vendor pricing and maintain a strong database of reliable partners.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project conditions and scope.
- Lead internal bid review meetings and present scope, pricing, and strategy to management.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents to ensure accurate transition from estimate to execution.
- Maintain accurate records of past estimates and outcomes to improve future pricing.
- Track industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive and realistic bids.
- Participate in value engineering and scope clarification discussions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–7 years of estimating experience in general contracting or commercial construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Excel, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
- Familiarity with union labor requirements and prevailing wage/public projects.

A well-established construction and building materials company is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of trucks and heavy equipment. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on diesel-powered vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Our client is a world renowned business working on a large scale rail construction project. They are seeking a Commercial Manager to play a critical role in ensuring contractual and commercial alignment between the Systems Project Management Team and the broader Project Commercial function. This role supports the Lead Systems Integrator across variation management, claims, and interface coordination, ensuring consistency and commercial rigor across all Systems subcontracts.
Key Responsibilities include;
Contract Administration & Risk Management
- Lead the commercial and contractual administration of all Systems subcontracts, including traction power, signaling, telecommunications, SCADA, and track systems.
- Manage contractual notices, variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOTs) in line with established commercial governance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Engagement

Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Lead complex, multi-region sourcing projects across HR subcategories

Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring
- Analyze financial models and cost scenarios to inform negotiations

What you bring:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or related field); MBA preferred
Professional Experience
- HR services subject matter expertise
- Proven success sourcing recruitment, benefits, L&D, payroll, and HRIS platforms
- Experience managing sourcing projects exceeding multi-million-dollar thresholds
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Skilled in vendor performance management and commercial deal structuring
Strategic & Financial Acumen
- Strong grasp of total cost of ownership, pricing models, and cost/benefit analysis

What We Offer:
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for New York City Metro Area is $120,000 to $170,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, qualifications, skills, location and applicable employment laws. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), and a wide range of paid time off options.

We are currently seeking a motivated Health & Wellness Event Sales Consultant to support outreach and enrollment efforts.
Position OverviewThis is a remote, independent contractor role focused on consultative sales and client engagement.
The consultant will be responsible for engaging prospective participants, providing detailed information about upcoming live events and online courses, and guiding qualified individuals through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to prospective participants
• Share accurate information about live motivational events and online programs
• Facilitate consultative enrollment conversations
• Maintain organized follow-up and communication records
• Build professional relationships within the health and wellness community
