Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a traffic/logistics team, providing direction, prioritization, and coaching in a high-volume environment.

- Manage daily shipment flow to meet time-sensitive customer delivery commitments, including expedited shipping requirements.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, scheduling, and packing operations to align production output with outbound capacity.
- Oversee shipment documentation, customer portals, and order compliance requirements.
- Monitor shipment status, transit timing, and exceptions — proactively resolving issues as priorities shift.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, reporting, and administrative controls within a TMS environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience within traffic, logistics, or transportation coordination.
- Previous experience working at a manufacturing or distribution organization.
- Strong experience with shipment routing and execution.
- Proven success in high-volume, detail-heavy, administrative logistics environments.

Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Manager oversees and performs maintenance operations for a liquid bulk terminal. This role involves directing personnel, contractors, and resources to complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on tanks, meters, pumps, valves, piping systems, gear reducers, filters, strainers, vehicles, cranes, forklifts, and other equipment essential to terminal operations.
The Maintenance Manager also coordinates the insulation and painting of tanks, piping, handrails, and structural supports; manages the cleaning of tanks; and ensures proper upkeep of maintenance facilities, equipment, and grounds. Additionally, this position participates in spill response, hazardous and non-hazardous material handling, tank cleaning, and other safety- and environmental-related activities.
The Maintenance Manager directly supervises up to six employees and is responsible for training, planning, assigning, and reviewing work, evaluating performance, and resolving issues in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. There is much thought, data, and research that goes into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year.
• Step-by-step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards.
• Comprehensive education: You will benefit from mixing in-person with virtual training, the program includes core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems.
• Resources to help you grow and evolve: As your business grows, you'll benefit from a myriad of resources to help you secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop and modify a business plan, and access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.
Agency Owner Overview
This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You'll bring business or industry-relevant experience, and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You'll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You'll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base.
Agency Owner Requirements
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred not required:
• If you don't have them, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense
• Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance throughout this process)
• Learning & Development requirements will be (3 weeks 100% virtual training/live instructor class)
• AAA branded office - must be approved office space
• $75K proof of investable capital – (not a franchise fee-proof of funds available for investment into your own business)
• Must be able to pass background check-criminal history and credit/financial check

Property and casualty insurance
• You'll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Because we always strive to do what's right for our members, you'll also have access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A rated leading carriers to help you serve a wide variety of needs. (varies by state)
Life Insurance
• You'll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. Founded in 1969 and affiliated with AAA, AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent), which is the 4th highest ranking out of 16, by A.M. Best Company as of September 2016.

COMPANY BACKGROUND:
- One of the most trusted names in disaster restoration services with offices in Chicago’s South suburbs is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, persuasive individual to fill our Loss Consultant / Business Development position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, grow, and manage referral partnerships with plumbers and plumbing companies through a structured Plumbing Referral Program
- Respond promptly to fire, flood, and other property damage scenes
- Serve as the first point of contact for affected property owners by providing victim assistance in a calm, clear direction during high-stress situations
- Educate clients on restoration processes, timelines, safety considerations, and insurance expectations
- Generate and secure new business-to-business sales revenue
- Proactively sell Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) to commercial clients
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to build long-term relationships
- Track and follow up on referrals, leads, emergency losses, and commercial opportunities
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Represents the company professionally in all client and partner interactions
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience generating referrals from plumbers, trades, or similar partners
- Comfortable and confident responding to emergency loss situations
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in sales, restoration, or construction industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Empathy-driven approach when working with property owners in crisis
Education or Experience:
- Two-year college degree preferred
- Job or industry experience equivalent
- Sales background with proven success in referral or territory development
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Your talents will be rewarded with a competitive base annual salary of ($60,000–$70,000) plus commissions, based on your experience. Your employee benefit package offers medical (company subsidized), dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, 100% company-paid life insurance (up to $25,000) and accidental death & dismemberment (up to $25,000), 401k (3% of total salary), plus annual profit-sharing contribution, paid holidays, and Paid Time Off
