Project Administrator

NJ Data Center growing Information Technology/Design/Engineer Firm is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative tasks and logistical aspects of data center construction or expansion projects, including coordinating with various teams, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities under the guidance of a project manager, all while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints; essentially acting as the organizational backbone for the project.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Support project team on all administrative tasks and duties.
  2. Heavy client/vendor/supplier interaction.
  3. Preparation of spreadsheet reports, contracts documents, purchase and change order requests, presentations, and correspondence.
  4. Receive, maintain and distribute submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings and establish project log to record receipt and disposition of same.
  5. Coordinate project meetings and travel arrangements.
  6. Maintain electronic and manual database of all project files and archives.
  7. Other responsibilities normally performed in the execution of a Project Administrator position according to standard Architectural/Engineering industry practices.
  8. Assist architects/engineers with editing/issuing project book specifications (electronic IE: Master Specs).


Qualifications:

  1. Three to five years experience in Engineering firms or related fields.
  2. BA is recommended.
  3. Must exhibit initiative, judgment, and quality in performance and responsibilities.

The Market TechOps Leader is responsible for leading technical operations within an assigned market, overseeing project management and installation execution to ensure consistent delivery performance, financial results, and client satisfaction. Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and directing all project activities from early planning through final completion, encompassing both preconstruction and construction phases. We are seeking a highly experienced Employment & Labor Attorney to join our firm as an Of Counsel. The ideal candidate will have at least ten (10) years of experience counseling and litigating on behalf of employers in a broad range of employment law matters. This attorney will work closely with the Department Chair.


Responsibilities

  • Advise and partner with business clients on day-to-day employment issues, including compliance, performance management, terminations, and internal investigations.
  • Defend employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims.
  • Litigate and counsel clients on issues related to trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility, including prosecuting and defending misappropriation and non-compete claims.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal risk and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant provisions, and workplace policies.
  • Provide training and thought leadership on evolving employment law developments.


Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar required.
  • Admission to the New York Bar preferred; if not currently admitted, must be eligible and willing to waive in immediately.
  • Minimum of 10 years of employment and labor law experience, including significant l litigation and counseling experience representing management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters independently and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $250,000 – $280,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Eos Product Compliance team is looking for a compliance engineer to join our Global Certifications Team for large scale Energy Storage Systems. The qualified candidate must have global standards practices such as UL and IEC testing knowledge and practices. In this role you will work with NRTL’s in conjunction with the Eos Product Design Team. You will be responsible for regulatory product design such as creepage a clearance evaluation, IP rating, critical component evaluation (UL/VDE), UL 94/UL746 and developing end to end product validation test plans, final reports, schedules, product test, presenting and communicating final results. This candidate must have the willingness to travel for up to 3 continuous weeks during certification testing.


Responsibilities

  • Regulatory product architecture and design.
  • Support the research of new market entry requirements.
  • Review of products, specifications, and test plans.
  • Developing test criteria, methodologies, and pass/fail criteria.
  • Work with NRTL’s to achieve product compliance.
  • Working knowledge of the NRTL Data Acceptance Program.
