Position Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts
- Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements according to contract requirements and customer feedback
- Develop statement-of-work and technical performance specifications
- Analyze, translate, and implement customer requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle
- Defines test and validation approach to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
- Resolve product integration issues and production anomalies
- Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements and for potential application to internal business strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

This executive leadership role is responsible for the strategic and operational execution of INTREN’s business objectives across designated territories, including operations in Ohio, Indiana, southern regions of Illinois, and Florida, supporting both Distribution and Transmission work types. - 5+ years of related work experience and a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Experience working in Cameo, or similar Model Based Systems Engineering tools.
- Experience with integration of DoD tactical platforms sensors and subsystems.
- Experience developing requirements and applicable traceability from the weapon system down to subsystems.
- Experience with avionics integration testing, analysis tools (e.g. Matlab or others), and flight test.

Summary pay range:
$112,200-$151,800
