Extended Training:
The AGM's primary responsibility is to dynamically manage the kitchen staff through clear direction, communication, and training/coaching to maximize productivity and quality of work. In addition, the AGM will organize and orchestrate kitchen staff and operations to achieve exceptional cuisine to exact specifications and maximum profitability while maintaining O'Neill's Quality, Guest Service & Performance Standards.
The AGM will assist in scheduling, directing, overseeing, and developing all kitchen staff, including disciplinary actions and performance reviews, as needed. The AGM implements and trains all staff on Food Safety and driver Safety, oversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory controls through approved documentation tools, manages/controls food cost issues and provides solutions.
Under the direction of the GM, the AGM's primary responsibility is to uphold production efficiency, assign production lists, monitor and audit the quality of artistic displays, spec trays, quality salads, sandwiches, canapés, desserts, and sauces - and all hot and cold food preparation, which the Chef directs.
The AGM is one of the leading culinary professionals in O'Neill's kitchen and will dress professionally and conduct himself or herself professionally with fellow team members, external customers, and peers.
The AGM is responsible for working with the Chefs and Expo team to prioritize orders, ensure the use of the freshest ingredients, accuracy in preparation, quality assurance, order finalization, and the use of appropriate packaging and labeling, labeling and overall compliance with MENU specifications associated with all O'Neill's client orders. *The AGM is responsible for verifying that food quality and specifications match the kitchen-issued specifications.
Maintains a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen by setting up quart-sanitizer stations, monitoring and journaling temperature logs, and using gloves, food safety tools, and best practices when cooking and working in the kitchen.
Further responsibilities may include all purchasing requests and standards, verifying that purchased ingredients are of the required specification and ensuring that routine equipment cleaning and maintenance are carried out in their department.
When called upon, the AGM will safely operate company vehicles and drive in compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations to support operations.

The AGM will be responsible for providing an active and engaged level of personalized guest service and communication, as well as administration support while exhibiting a high level of security with the information provided by the client and adhering to all details.
Contribute to all functions and operations of their respective Operations teams.
Answer phones locally and take client calls as required to enhance service and client communications.
Work on assigned e-mails & client assignments that are coordinated by management.
Ensure any orders in the kitchen processes are updated, accurate, and coded properly.
Manage logging of receipts, pricing, revision updates, shopping, invoice entries, and payroll paperwork.
Process Event solutions using company-issued SOPS and resolution steps in management support.

A Clinical Case Educator requires the credentials of a Registered Nurse. In this role, a registered nurse is passionate and is committed to provide a high level of patient care and counseling patients enrolled in the Medication Therapy Program. Shift Information

  • Cary, NC – Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST and one night per week rotating to work 11-8pm.

  • Fort Worth, TX - Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm CST and one night per week rotating to work 10-9pm.

  • The nurses are required to report to the office twice a week.

  • One rotating Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and educate new/existing patients on specialty drug therapies.

  • Adherence to contracted and accrediting regulations as indicated by drug specification.

Education

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of acute.

Primary Purpose

This position is accountable for performing quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging through the application of advanced technical knowledge while adhering to the standards set by Parkland Health and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Education

- Graduate of an accredited Radiology and/or MRI Program.

Experience

- Must have 6 months clinical experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
- If not currently licensed with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a certification in MRI (MR); you must have taken courses in MRI: physics, cross sectional anatomy, and clinical experience.
- Must have current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification in MRI (MR) within 6 months of hire.
- If not ARRT (MR) certified, must possess American Registry of MRI Technologists (ARMRIT) upon hire and obtain ARRT(MR) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for performing computerized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures on assigned patients to ensure that scanning needs are met, including all neuro, body and musculoskeletal exams.
- Review physician orders and applicability to the MRI protocol. Screen patients for MRI safety and review any contraindications for exams including but not limited to implants, metallic devices, or other foreign objects, which would prohibit or modify the MRI exam. If modification of a MRI protocol is necessary consult with radiologist to determine appropriate sequences, parameters, etc.
- Document changes as appropriate in electronic health record. Ensure other resources have been scheduled accordingly.
- Interviews patient (two patient identifier) conducts patient screening and obtains medical history pertaining to procedures clinical criteria. Explains procedure and instructs patient on necessary requirements needed to provide diagnostic images. Answers questions/screening concerning procedures and IV contrast for relevant exams. Assists the physician as needed in performing procedures. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling.
- Utilizes technical knowledge and skills to perform procedures accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with age specific criteria. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner. Administers contrast material in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions.
- Performs post processing on MRI systems and remote workstations. May include but not limited to, 3-D rendering, and calculation of T1 and T2 values. Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures that all processes and procedures are maintained to secure and protect all workstations in all work areas.
- Responds to inquiries, calls, emails in a timely and professional manner. Communicates shift hand off regarding workflow issues with equipment or pending exams with oncoming staff. Engages in equitable distribution of departmental workloads.
- Participates in departmental Performance Improvement Programs, promotes Parkland Health mission, vision, values, and its relationship to the work environment, attends modality meetings satisfactorily. Functions in the department as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborates in the care and service delivery process of patient care through effective communication with other service lines. Prioritizes exams with scheduling exams to ensure smooth workflow, minimize wait times and address stat and urgent requests.
- Maintains equipment including running quality assurance checks and notifying supervisor of maintenance needs. Maintains a record of quality assurance tests to ensure that equipment runs efficiently and effectively. Maintains all passwords to each computer system.
