Job Summary:

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the Water Lilies Sanitation Program throughout the manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
• Maintain and develop cleaning standards that define time to clean by equipment-Sanitation sequencing.
• Manage and oversee Clean in Place system and clean out of Place system
• Analyze data and trends, develop actions based on data.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of operational standards
• Provide leadership and training for sanitation and production personnel to complete production line and facility sanitation as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule, Daily Tasks, Maintenance Work Schedule, and Production Schedule.
• Technical liaison between factory personnel and sanitation chemical supplier,
• Create a safe working environment for personnel working in sanitation, maintain chemical safety procedures and MSDS’s, work with chemical suppliers to provide chemical handling training, provide leadership in enhancing chemical training beyond what chemical supplier provides, and meet all requirements
• Create a structured, orderly chemical storage and sanitation supply area in the factory.
• Ensure compliance with the Global Cleaning and Sanitation Manual
• Initiate and execute cleaning verification and validation programs to prove effectiveness of Sanitation program.
• Partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement
• Manage and evaluate the Sanitation staff including but not limited to performance management and employee development, etc.
• Develop and manage the department’s operating budget.
• Responsible for supporting and providing training for employees.
• Accountable for monitoring safety of employees.
• Accountable for the scheduled routine and periodic sanitation cleaning within the plant and the grounds of the property.
• Responsible to create and assign the sanitation schedule plan to the sanitation team and provide direction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Competencies:

• Experience in manufacturing or supervisory experience is required.
• Certified Sanitarian or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.
• Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OHSA, FDA, USDA, and EPA.
• Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills required along with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality or production systems, procedures, & policies. Handle multiple assignments, develop work plans, & prioritize.
• High trust individual, who works well independently with minimal oversight

Work Environment & Schedule:

This position is considered a Manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Additionally, this role requires working overnight shifts, weekends, and all required overtime as needed. It requires 80% of time on the production floor, ability to lift, squat, push, pull, etc. to inspect machinery and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

The employee will occasionally move within the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, and collaborate with colleagues. Consistent use of office equipment, such equipment may include but not limited to computers, phones, printers, and copiers. The employee will be required to frequently communicate with both internal staff members as well as external parties or customers and must be able to convey accurate information. The firm operates at the intersection of asset management, investment oversight, and strategic advisory, partnering closely with ownership groups, lenders, and institutional stakeholders.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates within commuting distance to New York City for periodic in-person collaboration.

The Role:

The Controller will serve as a key finance partner supporting portfolio performance, capital oversight, and ownership reporting across a national portfolio.

This is not a traditional property accounting role. Instead, this position bridges property-level financial review with investment-level analysis, debt oversight, and portfolio reporting. The right candidate will be comfortable operating independently, interacting with asset management and capital partners, and strengthening financial processes in a lean environment.

You will work cross-functionally with asset management, third-party property managers, lenders, and external accounting providers to ensure accurate reporting, disciplined cash management, and clear financial visibility across assets.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio & Property Financial Oversight

• Review monthly and quarterly property financial packages prepared by third-party managers
• Analyze operating statements, balance sheets, cash flow, general ledger activity, and variance reporting
• Monitor portfolio-level performance metrics and support business plan tracking
• Identify reporting inconsistencies and partner with property managers to improve accuracy and timeliness

Capital & Debt Management

• Track lender reporting requirements and debt covenant compliance
• Review debt service calculations, reserve activity, and capital expenditure funding
• Support refinancing and recapitalization initiatives, including financial analysis and data coordination
• Assist with capital planning and cash forecasting across assets

Ownership & Investment Reporting

• Support preparation of ownership-level and partnership financial reporting

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Assist in preparing consolidated portfolio reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Process & Infrastructure Enhancement

• Strengthen internal reporting frameworks and financial controls

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support investment and asset-level decision-making

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of commercial real estate accounting or portfolio finance experience
• Strong understanding of property-level reporting and ownership/entity structures

• Exposure to debt compliance, refinancing, or capital planning initiatives preferred
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-responsibility environment

Location Details: United States - Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

Do you want to be an Information Security Leader at GoDaddy? GoDaddy's Product Security group is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to join our organization. Can you solve large scale and cross-company issues, while ensuring that partnership with the development and operational communities remains in front of mind?

GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.

What you'll get to do...

• Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
• Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
• Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
• Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
• Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
• Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.

Your experience should include...

• 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
• Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

You might also have...

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Hosting industry and/or cloud Experience.
• Experience in hardware security.
