Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory levels by balancing supply and demand to prevent stockouts and slow-moving inventory
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Manufacturing Plants, and external suppliers to support commercial strategies
- Coordinate meetings with Sales to address inventory needs tied to projects, customer types, and short-, medium-, and long-term sales commitments
- Communicate and coordinate with production plants regarding capacity, sales demand, and future planning
- Maintain high customer service satisfaction by ensuring strong fill rate performance
- Issue, maintain, and manage purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate internally and externally to identify opportunities and apply best practices in manufacturing and warehouse processes to improve customer service cost-effectivelyPropose and implement inventory policies for stocked products
- Maintain and improve visibility and accessibility of supply chain data and information
- Coordinate new production items with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders

Job Description: In this position, the candidate must have robot experience and a basic understanding of PLCs and how they operate. The AE will be the main contact for project development and execution, in addition to being able to demonstrate a high level of multi-tasking, at times. Robot system integration and remote plant support will be two key responsibilities of the Automation Engineer in this fast-paced opportunity. This job is located at the Quikrete Corporate Engineering office (Johns Creek, GA) and will require travel to company plant sites (30-40%)
Prerequisites:
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience with Robotics (Fanuc is a plus).

- Allen Bradley PLC/HMI experience is a plus.

ENGINEERING:

- Robot programming for material handling applications.
ASSEMBLY:
- General fabrication (i.e., drilling, tapping, cutting, welding).
- Electrical wiring of motors, safety devices, and control panels.
- Conveyor assembly which includes power, sensor wiring/mounting, and troubleshooting.
- The AE should be able to create, read, modify, and follow electrical and mechanical prints.
- Wire and component labeling to correspond with the system prints.
CHECKOUT/PRE-SHIP:
- System testing, debugging and optimization to ensure company standards and productivity goals are achieved.
- Plant acceptance testing with plant personnel and upper management at Corporate ENG.
- Machine teardown and shipment preparation.
- Operators’ manual creation for plant use.
AUTOMATION SYSTEM COMMISSIONING:
- System debug and start up.

- Ensure system is operating per the Plant acceptance testing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend product solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain customer records.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Understanding of electrical products is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are hiring Tier 1 Content Moderators to support a fast-growing global social media and social commerce platform. This role focuses on platform safety, trust, and policy enforcement, not customer service.
As a Tier 1 Moderator, you will review user accounts, private messages, group chats, and appeal requests to ensure content aligns with platform policies and community standards. Decisions made in this role directly impact user safety, platform integrity, and regulatory compliance.
This is a non-voice, judgment-based role requiring strong decision-making, consistency, and the ability to work with sensitive content.
What You'll Be Supporting
- A large-scale social media and social commerce platform
- User-generated content including posts, private messages, and group chats
- Account enforcement actions and appeal reviews
- Platform policies related to safety, authenticity, and acceptable use
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user accounts and content according to defined policies
- Evaluate reports related to private messages and group chats
- Assess and process account and content appeals
- Make consistent enforcement decisions based on platform standards
- Accurately document moderation actions and rationale
- Meet quality, productivity, and consistency benchmarks
