Job Purpose

The Senior Project Manager leads all phases of construction—from budgeting and bidding through cost control, client relations, and closeout. We are seeking an entry level Underwriting Analyst to provide day-to-day financial, market, and underwriting analysis of multifamily loans. • Investigates fires, coordinating with ODNI AHJ and responding fire department on fire investigation to determine cause of origin. Write fire incident reports and maintains records.
• Actively participates in fire drills.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph to qualify for consideration

• Registered fire protection engineer, preferably licensed in Maryland or Virginia
