Key Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities in alignment with operational goals and safety standards Serve as the technical resource for complex troubleshooting within the assigned region Troubleshoot and repair electrical motor controls and control systems Perform preventative maintenance independently; support major maintenance events, overhauls, and mobilization/demobilization efforts as part of a team Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures on compressor packages Maintain instrumentation systems and electrical components Participate in all HSE-related activities and maintain expert-level adherence to safety procedures Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field Assist regional leadership with budgeting input and workforce planning Coordinate with Supply Chain to maintain appropriate parts and inventory levels Maintain equipment cleanliness and professional site standards Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately and timely Participate in overtime and on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience with medium voltage (4160) 5+ years of experience in natural gas compression, rotating equipment, or related industrial field preferred Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and electric starters, electrical systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, ignition systems, and compression equipment anatomy Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Deep knowledge of gas processes and motor compressors (Waukesha, Ariel, Caterpillar, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical control systems and instrumentation Comprehensive knowledge of compressor packages and associated systems Experience with modern electronic engine controls preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills across all organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Interested in hearing more? Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
A strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation principles and practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions, heights, and confined spaces.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different work sites as required.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
