Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive training efforts based on project or topic specifications
• Responsible for developing a training plan, the curriculum and logistics, and the courses and supporting materials
• Conducts course presentations and develops and delivers e-Learning courses
• Provides train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts. Develops and/or update training plans
• May have specialized training focus. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position
• This position level might be known as Expert Trainer who has extensive experience in the field and is supervising and mentoring lower level Trainers.

Director of Food & Beverage

Salary: $100K - $120K + 20% Bonus + Relocation Assistance

The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for:

• Ensuring attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service across all Food & Beverage outlets, including the restaurant, room service, bar, kitchen, and banquets.
• Maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs.
• Continuously working to improve outlet sales revenues to meet or exceed budget goals.
• Overseeing and organizing the department's activities to ensure consistently high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Education & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Experience & Education:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, OR
• 2-3 Years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage
• Must hold and maintain applicable certifications, including Food Handlers, TABC, CPR, and First Aid.

Technical Skills:

Job Duties & Functions

The Food & Beverage Director will:

• Organize, direct, supervise, and assist in the preparation and service of all food and beverage offerings, based on standardized recipes, for the restaurant, room service, and banquets.
• Ensure the highest standards for an appealing and appetizing product.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchens, service stations, front-of-house, back-of-house, and storage areas.
• Minimize waste and maximize cost/production ratios.
• Plan meals and service while collaborating with the Chef on assignments such as pricing and banquet planning.
• Oversee kitchen staff, outlets, banquet food display merchandising, and operations of the kitchen, service, beverage, and banquet departments.
• Handle cash, prepare and deposit cash drops, and secure and balance the bank.
• Interact with guests and colleagues, occasionally without supervision.
• Access and control sensitive areas, including safes, storage/liquor rooms, master keys, and secured file cabinets.

Performs the essential duties and responsibilities and the primary functions of a Sleep Therapist in a diagnostic role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of assigned patients. Responsible for meeting the established standards for the administration of diagnostic and therapeutic polysomnographic care as well as appropriate documentation of activities related to that care. Manages supplies and equipment. Responsible for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. This position will not be allowed to stage or score polysomnograms, perform Maintenance of Wakefulness Testing (MWT), or Multiple Sleep Latency Testing (MSLT) as those are expectations of a registered technician.

SHIFT AND SCHEDULE

Full Time: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• Perform diagnostic polysomnograms according to best practices/policies
• Provides accurate, timely and complete documentation in respect to plan of care, assessment, and other patient care documentation.
• Incorporates continuous performance improvement recommendations into clinical practice
• Assumes responsibility for his/her professional development.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Non-credentialed technicians must have completed the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Accredited Sleep Technologist Education Program. (A-STEP).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The individual must be able to:
