About the Role
This is an implementation and product support role — not a sales position.
You’ll onboard new SMB and Enterprise customers, migrate data from legacy systems, train operators through go-live, and provide ongoing system support. You’ll also work closely with our development team on bug tracking, testing, and software upgrades.

The Associate Director, Omnichannel & Marketing Capabilities is a hybrid strategic and technical leader responsible for defining and building the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Galderma's US commercial business. This role acts as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, serving the four major US business units. This individual will lead the design and implementation of the technical roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder to orchestrate complex customer experiences. This high-visibility role will partner closely with Omnichannel Leads, Brand Marketers, and IT to translate commercial vision into a functional reality, ensuring campaigns are data-informed, automated, and scalable.

Essential Functions:
Marketing Technology Roadmap & Solution Architecture
- Define and own the technical capability roadmap, translating high-level business requirements from Brand and Omnichannel Leads into specific technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between commercial business units and IT/Global Tech teams to prioritize and implement new platform features, connectors, and integrations.
- Design scalable solution frameworks that allow for \"build once, deploy many\" capabilities across the four Galderma business units to reduce duplication and technical debt.
- Evaluate and recommend new technical tools or plug-ins within the MarTech stack (e.g., SMS aggregators, webinar connectors) to support evolving campaign needs.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Operations & Execution:
- Serve as the hands-on technical administrator and architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, directly managing Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Build, test, and deploy complex, multi-step customer journeys, utilizing advanced logic (decision splits, engagement triggers) and scripting (AMPscript, SQL) to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end technical production process, including audience segmentation setup, email/SMS rendering QA, and final deployment scheduling.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform (e.g., API failures, data sync errors, email rendering issues) and resolve them rapidly to minimize business disruption.
Data Activation, CDP & Personalization:
- Lead the technical implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases, configuring data ingestion rules and identity resolution logic to create unified customer profiles.
- Develop and maintain the data schema and segmentation logic required to power \"Next Best Action\" and dynamic content personalization across channels.
- Ensure all campaigns are technically configured for accurate measurement from day one, implementing proper tracking tags, parameters, and feedback loops into the data warehouse.
Governance, Vendor Management & Enablement:
- Establish and enforce technical governance standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, and data privacy compliance (consent management/opt-outs) within the platforms.
- Manage the technical output of external development vendors and agencies, reviewing their code and configuration to ensure it meets Galderma's quality and security standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (playbooks, data dictionaries, process flows) to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital transformation.
- Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is preferred, but not required; experience in highly regulated industries is a plus.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Proven experience building and managing a marketing technology roadmap and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience implementing or utilizing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Adobe) to drive segmentation and personalization.
- Strong understanding of HTML, AMPscript, and SQL basics for audience segmentation and content personalization.

About the Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170,000-$210,000.
In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. Associate Director of Member Engagement Enablement
1) deeply understand our members

Reporting to the Vice President of Member Engagement, Experience, and Advocacy, the Director of Member Engagement Enablement is responsible for supporting the team’s charter by delivering on the 4th pillar. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in health-related technology roles, with a strong preference for health plan experience and the deep understanding of health plan core technologies, data structures, formats and uses (for BCBSMA this means working knowledge and/or use of: DAL/CAR, RTMS, EDI, EAH, MSST and Data warehouse

Role Overview
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and expanding Pion’s most
strategic customer relationships within the Boston market. This role is central to the
company’s growth strategy and carries meaningful ownership over revenue performance,
account expansion and long-term customer value.
The KAM operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, working in a
performance-driven environment where accurate forecasting, structured account
planning, and disciplined execution are essential. This is not a transactional sales role - it

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
Own and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to company growth targets
Build deep, multi-level relationships across R&D, Analytical, CMC and Procurement
Understand customer workflows, strategic priorities, and long-term pipelines
Position Pion as a long-term partner through value-based, consultative engagement
Identify expansion opportunities tied to new applications, enhanced products and
evolving customer needs
Sales Execution & Growth
Deliver against defined revenue and growth objectives for assigned territory
Manage complex sales cycles involving capital equipment, consumables and

forecasting
Ensure CRM accuracy and timely updates to support operational planning and
leadership visibility
Set and manage customer expectations around manufacturing schedules, lead

Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Applications, and Service to drive
predictable outcomes
Proactively identify risks and constraints, escalating appropriately and early

Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned territory accounts
Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful installations, adoption and
ongoing value realization
Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to Product and
Leadership teams
Navigate escalations and competitive pressures with professionalism and clarity
Market & Competitive Insight
Maintain strong awareness of regional market dynamics, competitors and emerging

Represent Pion customer meetings, scientific forums and industry events

Qualifications & Experience
Required
Advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or a related
scientific discipline preferred
5+ years of experience in life sciences sales
Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value strategic accounts
Strong understanding of drug development workflows
Ability to operate eectively in a performance-driven, growth-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with a track record of operational discipline and
execution
Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally nationally
Preferred
Experience selling analytical instrumentation or pharmaceutical enabling
technologies
Familiarity with capital equipment sales cycles

Second Shift
Pay Rate $22.00 to $25.00 per hour with an additional 10% differential bringing the rates to:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 2 am (10 hour shifts) with an additional 10% per hour differential not added here

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 1-2 years of non-semi manufacturing experience
- Computer savvy
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and Miscellaneous equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Physical demand of resources on the floor: 85% Standing or walking.
- Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units. Using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.
- Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.
- With assistance, performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair. Identifies and corrects errors.
- Observes all safety standards.
- Under supervision, utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors
- Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details.
- May perform computer programming, repair or software installs.
- Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment. Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices. with guidance, promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept. Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly. Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspect parts for defects. Troubleshoots and improves processes.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing construction team in Randolph, MA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid background in commercial and/or public construction projects. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, and supporting preconstruction efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and/or public works projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Participate in bid reviews and presentations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, materials, and labor trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
