We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals for piping, welding, structural steel, and various mechanical projects within the industrial sector, including oil & gas, Petro-Chemical, Power Generation, and renewable energy industries.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Estimate Preparation:
Develop comprehensive and precise cost estimates for mechanical projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Interpret and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to accurately determine project scope and requirements.
· Cost Analysis:
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop pricing schedules.
Evaluate and compare vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
· Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and estimates.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to obtain necessary information and pricing.
· Bid Documentation:
Prepare and present detailed bid proposals and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements in all estimates and proposals.
· Data Management:
Maintain and update estimating databases, cost data, and historical records.
Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and improve accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:
Construction Management/Engineering Degree/Certification, in lieu of degree/certification shall possess 8-years of mechanical estimating experience.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in multi-craft Estimating with proven ability to analyze and package entire company offering
Minimum 5+ years field experience with strong understanding of construction means/methods, constructability aspects, and activity sequencing
Experience in civil and rotating equipment works is strongly considered
Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications/Isometrics
Professional written skills with ability to develop clear and concise, well formatted, organized and logically structured proposals
Strong numeracy & analytical ability
Ability to verbally communicate execution strategies and proposal clarifications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to work under pressure and tight deadline commitments Extensive knowledge of Industry Standards including ASTM, API, etc
Must demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional, pleasant demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients alike.

About the Role:
Summary The Field Service Technician performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, onsite bolting, heat treating and/or field machining. Completes any and all tasks assigned by the Field Supervisor to meet goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience with construction or mechanical work and/or possess knowledge of plant maintenance and repair work.
Qualification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical bolting, heat treating, or field machining preferred.
- Experience performing maintenance and turnaround services to refining, chemical, midstream, and power.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Possess a current TWIC card or have the ability to obtain one.
- Valid driver license with a clear driving record
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Must be able travel a minimum of 75% of the time.

- Ability to pass a non-DOT medical exam, drug and alcohol test, respirator qualification test, and federal class background check.
- Ability to work at heights or in enclosed spaces.

Physical Demands
Must be able to stand and walk for much of the day. Ability to lift 5-25 pounds frequently and ability to lift, up to, 50 pounds occasionally.

The Tankerman is directly responsible and accountable to the Master or his relief, working directly under him and following his instruction(s) The Tankerman/ Person is responsible for all barge(s) loading and unloading(s).
It is the duty of the Tankerman/ Person to oversee cargo transfer operations which are covered by extensive laws and regulations of the U.S. Coast Guard and other federal and local government agencies. The objective of the Tankerman/ Person is safe, pollution-free and efficient cargo movements and transfers and to the safety of the environment and to the public.
The Tankerman/ Person is primary accountable for his own health, safety, and cleanliness. He must be familiar with Martin Marine - SMS-Safety Management System , VRP- Vessel Response Policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations, and must abide by them at all times.
The Tankerman/ Person are responsible for the safety, operational, maintenance and housekeeping duties while serving on a Martin vessel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
a) Making up the tow
b) Dropping, spotting and switching barges at docks;
c) Assisting and switching barges at docks;
d) Standing lookout, or riding the head of the tow as a lookout; and,
e) Performing the various tasks necessary to carry out the above, such as making a coupling, operating winches and ratchets, and line handling, include splicing and throwing lines.
f) Confirming with and receiving orders from the Captain, Relief Captain, Mate
g) Being familiar enough to work with complex pumping diagrams, pumps, valves, etc.
h) Moving cargo from one compartment to another within the barges
i) Loading cargo to proper barge draft
Maintenance Duties
a) Chipping and painting vessel and tow;
b) Maintain engine room watch, Grease winches, and other moving parts, oil and lube changes
c) Maintenance of machinery on vessel and barge(s) (pumps, pump engines ETC..)
d) Painting draft marks (Vessel, Barge)
Housekeeping Duties
a) Cleaning the vessel;
b) Cleaning quarters, including personal quarters;
c) Cleaning the wheelhouse and galley;
d) Cleaning the lavatories and companionways;
e) Share in cooking and galley clean up
f) Performing other cleaning chores as directed by the Master
Safety Duties
a) Reporting any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Master and making \"on-the-spot\" corrections when capable
b) Familiar with all paperwork relating to; Barge Inspections, Reports and Cargo Transfers
c) Other duties as directed by the Master or his relief
d) Responding in a safe, efficient manner to mitigate pollution or damage in any shipboard emergency such as hatch overflow or holes in the barge
Job Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School or Equivalent, skilled related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Tankerman is required to be coast guard certified to conduct necessary transfers of the various liquid cargoes handled by Martin Marine. The Tankerman must be able to demonstrate the special handle loading and discharging of cargo and fuels. On the job training, experience and the ability to read and understand the tankerman manual are all necessary requirements.
* Must obtain a U.S.C.G./MMC-MMD PIC-DL/LG (Dangerous Liquids/Liquified Gas, Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
* Must be able to work 2 for 1 schedules 14-7, 20-10, 28-14, on a vessel
* Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention to detail(s) and follow work rules
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
a) 5 to10 year of continuous Towing and Tankering experience,
b)Take and follow direction well from others
c) Have towing vessel engine room, tow building and safety knowledge
d) 50 Transfers documented without incident
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and understand the English language, analyze and interpret information. Ability to write reports and basics business correspondence Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtracts, multiplies and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY

The job of a tankerman demands heavy work and very heavy labor. This is classified as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling in excess of one hundred pounds repetitively. Repetitively climbing and balancing, repetitive bending and stooping of the tankerman is exposed to wet and humid conditions, and is subject to the motion of the vessel (rolling and pitching), which may be considerable depending on the weather conditions. Tankerman must be able to work in close, confined spaces.

- Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, siding, roofing materials, and trim carpentry elements with precision
- Conduct restoration tasks such as water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure safety and efficiency on the construction site
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, CNC machinery operation, and fabrication techniques
- Strong background in various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing carpentry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, masonry, drywall installation (including plastering), caulking, siding application, and water damage restoration
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in restoration industry projects or remodeling efforts

About the Role The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking and shipping of product to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to details, sanitation, safety, security and productivity.
What You'll Do Count all products, compare to packing slip/Warehouse Management System (WMS) and check all shipments for damage, quantity, part number accuracy and expiration dates.

Operate shrink-wrap machine.

Position Details: The role of the Project Director (EPC) will be involved in overseeing the execution of a Hydrogen refueling facility, ensuring project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction. The project is estimated to be $2-4 billion. Extensive experience directing large-scale EPC projects in energy/chemicals (hydrogen, syngas, LNG, refining, or renewables preferred); proven P&L responsibility for $500M+ projects; strong leadership in high-hazard process industries.
Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and single-point accountability for all EPC phases (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup). Drive achievement of project goals: scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Manage and integrate multi-disciplinary teams, major subcontractors, vendors, and key stakeholders (owner, licensors, regulators). Oversee risk management and change control, mitigating project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns. Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements. Report directly to senior executive leadership and represent the project to clients/investors. Ensure compliance with EHS regulations at various project sites.
Education Requirements:
Required: Must have previously been a site manager for a large new build.
Preferred: Individuals who have done ground-up construction. Hydrogen refueling a plus.
Prior LNG, combined cycle builds a plus.
Physical Requirements: The role is leadership-focused, involving significant office time, meetings, and oversight, but also requires regular presence on an active, large-scale construction site. Candidate must have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods over uneven, rough terrain, have the ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders, be able to tolerate work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind, dust), loud noise, and vibrations. Must be able to lift/carry 50lb, as well as wear appropriate PPE when required. Must maintain sufficient stamina, balance, and agility to navigate the site safely without undue fatigue or risk.

Position Overview
The Viewpoint Vista System Administrator will serve as the primary owner of the Vista ERP environment across Taurus Industrial Group. This role partners closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Management to improve workflows, ensure data integrity, and enhance the effectiveness of our business systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, multi-entity industrial services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration of the Viewpoint Vista ERP system, including user setup, permissions, and module configurations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and Viewpoint support.
- Support and optimize modules such as Job Cost, AP, AR, GL, Payroll, HRIS, Equipment, Inventory, and Project Management.
- Lead testing and rollout of system updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal operational disruption.
- Develop, audit, and maintain data standards to ensure quality and accuracy across all business units.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using SQL, Crystal Reports, and Viewpoint tools.
- Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Provide training, guidance, and Tier 1–3 support to Vista users across the company.
- Document procedures, workflows, system configurations, and best practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering Viewpoint Vista in an industrial, construction, or services environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience supporting multi-entity organizations and field-based operations.
- Understanding of accounting, payroll, and job cost workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
