The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) organization within RTX drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across product lines and functions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position of Senior Test Systems Integrated Product Manager located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. What You Will Do:

  • Direct phases of programs from inception through completion, act as an Integrated Product Manager of multi-disciplinary employees on projects in technical manufacturing and administrative areas.
  • Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.
  • Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
  • Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and planning to execute Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience managing a cross functional team (test personnel (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.)).
  • Presentation experience to executive and/or functional leadership of analytic and program performance results for Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering programs.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience performing the functionalities of Systems Test Engineering to include experience for both hardware and software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production/manufacturing/product qualification environments.
  • Experience utilizing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar management tools.
  • Budget and schedule experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs.
  • Experience generating Baseline Change Requests (BCR), Basis of Estimates (BOE), and financial performance reports for Program Performance reviews for Systems Test Engineering.
  •  The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer: 

  • Experience with all the functionalities of Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT).
  • Agile Methodologies understanding
  • Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) technology across Communications, Radar systems, and Electro Optical/ Infrared systems.
  • Scrum Master / Azure DevOps (ADS) Experience 
  • Keysight, Presidio Based Automation System Experience with ATEasy
  • Running and maintaining Test Equipment Modification Authorization (TEMA) review boards and sustainment driven work teams

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon products. What You Will Do

We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world. 

As part of the Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team, you be working with both leading-edge technologies and legacy systems to support multiple products and programs throughout Raytheon. You will provide Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation, troubleshooting, sustainment and compliance.

  • Provide Cybersecurity compliance guidance to engineering for production and procurement of TE
  • Support Flight Test capabilities and processes for Raytheon test systems
  • Develop Cybersecurity compliant TE (Linux, IOS, Windows)
  • Install software packages/updates to enhance operations and testing of production hardware
  • Troubleshoot production and development TE to ensure connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity
  • Collaborate with Digital Technologies to integrate TE to controlled networks or enterprises

  • Tax Strategy & Compliance Oversight: You aren't just filing forms; you are the architect. You will manage the tax filing checklist for all 40+ (and growing) entities, ensuring every K-1 is issued on time and that we are maximizing depreciation and cost-segregation strategies across the portfolio.
  • Institutional Reporting & Audit: You will design and produce the quarterly "Investor Report" and "Lender Compliance" packages. You must be able to defend our financials to an institutional auditor or a Life-Co lender with absolute authority.
  • Entity & Corporate Housekeeping: You will interface directly with Investor Counsel to resolve legal issues and ensure all corporate entities remain in "Good Standing" across multiple states. You are the "Compliance Officer" for the firm.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: You will prepare the annual corporate budget for the Hold-Co and tell the Founders exactly when we have the cash position to buy, when we should refinance, and when we should sell.
  • Waterfall & Distribution Management: Build and maintain manual "Shadow Waterfall" models to audit all GP/LP distributions, ensuring all investor classes are paid with 100% accuracy.
  • System Architecture: You will help design the infrastructure (CRM workflows, checks and balances) to allow the firm to scale without breaking.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–8+ years in Real Estate Finance, Investment Banking, or REPE.
  • Background: Mandatory experience in Multifamily Syndication. You must have "Battle Scars" from managing the financial lifecycle of actual deals.
  • Technical Arsenal: Elite-level Excel skills. You must be a "Blank-Sheet" Ninja (Waterfalls, Sensitivity Tables, etc.).
  • Mindset: Skeptical, process-oriented, and highly organized. You must be a "Mismatcher" who naturally finds the holes in a financial story.
  • Education: CPA designation is a significant plus, but technical execution is the priority.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in AI automation and modern CRM workflows is highly preferred.

The Rewards:

  1. Base Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 (Built for a high-growth startup environment).
  2. Asset Performance Bonus: $50,000 – $75,000+ targeted annual bonus tied directly to portfolio performance and investor distributions being on Target
  3. Founding Member Equity: 3.0% – 5.0% Equity stake in the Holding Entity. This is true ownership in the firm’s long-term enterprise value, not just deal-level points.
  4. Vesting Structure: Standard 5-year annual vesting schedule to ensure long-term alignment.
