The Role We Want You For

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take charge of leading and managing design and construction teams, driving the delivery of multi-disciplined real estate and capital projects in the dynamic Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals sector. With direct accountability for project delivery, you'll collaborate with external engineering firms, interdisciplinary engineering teams, estimators, schedulers, and construction experts. Specific Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe work environment where all team members go home safely every day.
• Lead comprehensive management of project cost, schedules, and budgets, ensuring optimal financial outcomes.

• Conduct/support monthly internal project performance reviews, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, process, chemical, civil/structural, or electrical engineering, or related field preferred
• 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build.

• 5+ minimum years’ experience performing management within the life sciences market.
• Prior experience on projects >$5M to $75M

Agility Partners is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to support one of our clients in the utilities and energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for early‑career infrastructure professionals to gain hands‑on experience in enterprise server environments, virtualization platforms, and Windows OS upgrades. The role focuses on server builds, OS refresh initiatives, and day‑to‑day support of a stable and secure virtual server ecosystem. Responsibilities

The Role We Want You For

As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and associated construction scopes for Clayco projects. This includes the development of comprehensive MEP scope documents, the creation of MEP bid packages in the early stages of project planning, and leading subcontractor negotiations. This role will also involve providing leadership and guidance to both the design team and clients, ensuring effective document reviews, and addressing scope modifications during the construction phase. The Specifics of the Role

• Plans, and specification analysis, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Manage the MEP submittals.
• Oversee the logging and posting of all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Oversee the scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
• Oversee quality control process of the installation of MEP work.
• Work with Project management team to direct, monitor and oversee the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
• Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6-10 years of experience in the managing MEP projects/scope.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to manage multiple trades and personalities.
• Working knowledge of architectural, structural, civil documents to understand how the mechanical/electrical systems are integrated into the building.
• Good understanding of Specifications Divisions and navigation within for coordinating responsibilities, various testing and documentation requirements of the project.
• Understanding of Codes for Building, Plumbing, NFPA (fire, electrical, etc.), Mechanical, and Life Safety systems.

About the role

Stelic is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support a large data center project in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role leads schedule development, progress integration, risk analysis, and reporting across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will ensure that critical path activities are accurate, coordinated, and supported by clear logic and field-validated data.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the Primavera P6 schedule for a large-scale data center project.
• Build detailed WBS structures, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties that reflect real sequencing.
• Coordinate weekly updates with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and commissioning teams.
• Validate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations with field leadership.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with clear insights, risks, and recommended actions.
• Support schedule risk reviews and scenario modeling for major constraints or delays.
• Maintain baseline integrity, track variances, and identify early-warning indicators.
• Partner with procurement to integrate long-lead equipment and delivery paths.

Requirements 

•  5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital projects.

The Clinical Affairs Manager will provide clinical expertise, insight, and support to clinical end-users, clinical sales specialists, sales team, Regulatory, Engineering, marketing, and other corporate departments on safe and effective use of the Teleflex Medical product portfolio with primary emphasis on the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise. This position will support the appropriate clinical application of the Coronary/Structural Heart franchise via didactic, web-based, and teleconference education, and understanding of these products and best practices. Clinical support will be provided to physicians, nurses, techs, etc., to include support for live cases/proctorships in the therapeutic areas related to focus products. The Clinical Affairs Manager will drive innovation by identifying product attributes necessary to expand into new markets, or capitalize on new clinical applications; identify new, clinically driven product and market opportunities; and perform other related duties as required. Provide support during society engagements, facilitating the exchange of scientific information in close collaboration with CMA leadership and the broader clinical affairs interventional team.

Off-label support for Teleflex products in accordance with Teleflex policy & local legal regulations

Manage utilization of HCPs in accordance with Teleflex IPPs. Coordinate efforts between cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs, Global Research & Scientific Services, marketing, and R&D. Coordinate, participate, and manage educational, scientific activities at identified local, regional, and national trade shows/exhibitions. Serve as part of the CMA clinical expert team on product applications and troubleshooting when interfacing with SBU Leadership, Clinical Sales Specialists, and Teleflex team members. Participate as a clinical expert on project teams, committees, and in meetings with various corporate departments to provide guidance as to the clinical perspectives for the Coronary/Structural franchise. Build and support infrastructure for speaker programs supporting Teleflex Academy, webinars, training content, and programs. Coordinate and participate in content development and review of education material as needed by IA BU or CMA. Manage all business-associated administrative tasks and responsibilities to support job-related activities, to include strict adherence to the Teleflex Medical T&E policies and procedures, timely filing of required and/or requested reports, and documentation of activities via approved documents and forms. Adhere to applicable Teleflex IPPs, Teleflex Code of Ethics, and all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. Procedural experience within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart Possess a minimum of five years' clinical exposure in the medical field in the Cardiology environment. Medical Device industry supporting Clinical and Medical Affairs, strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; SalesForce experience preferred.
