Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with ,execeptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $70,600.00- $86,500.00.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.

Position Summary:
The Cost Engineer is responsible maintaining a true and accurate cost structure and coordinating reporting elements key to developing accurate cost reports. This is an interface between project management, cost management and accounting.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field and / or minimum of 5 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Experience working with project management and a thorough knowledge of heavy construction logistics, resource planning, construction sequencing and material management preferred.
- Familiar with a variety of the field construction concepts practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Viewpoint Accounting and Job Costing System is desirable.

We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to support and lead high-volume assembly operations with a strong emphasis on process optimization, automation, and Lean manufacturing. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:
As a Process Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop, optimize, and sustain assembly processes aligned with quality, productivity, and cost targets

Join Midstate Radiology Associates (MRA) as a Full Time, 1st Shift, Interventional Radiology Technologist at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.
Position Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thur & Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM + on-call rotation every 4th week/weekend (schedule is subject to change based on operational needs).

21. Performs diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures by selecting the correct exposure factors utilizing the assessment of patient age, pathology and diagnosis to produce technically accurate digital images to assist the radiologist in diagnosing. Work with students.
22. Accurately inputs procedural information into electronic medical record, RIS and PACS to capture necessary information regarding exams, supply charges, resource allocations, radiation exposure as well as all relevant clinical information.
23. Obtains all relevant patient information, including but not limited to, current lab values, medication usage, ensuring reason for exam is concordant with exam request in order to perform the appropriate exam, on the correct patient, to procure an accurate diagnosis.
24. Explain procedures to patients and addresses their concerns. Utilizes ALARA principals and appropriate infection control techniques to ensure a safe work environment.
25. Appropriately maintains exam rooms, supplies and equipment according to performance standards. Maintains area supplies and reports equipment malfunctions. Performs and documents quality assurance testing on equipment according to established protocols to maintain high performance of the system. Transports patients as necessary.
Qualifications Guidelines:
Education Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate AMA approved radiology program.
• Registered with American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
• CT state license.
• CPR certification may be required.

Position Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + holiday rotation

Job Summary:
Operates equipment and performs radiological and therapeutic examinations through proper positioning of patients and preparation of contrast media’s to assist the physician in diagnosis and treatment. Follows established policies and procedures set by the department, hospital, state, ACR, TJC, and OSHA.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Performs diagnostic radiography studies by following established protocols and selecting correct exposure factors utilizing the assessment of patient age and diagnosis to produce a technically excellent image to assist the radiologist in the diagnosis.
2. Some may participate in complex invasive radiological procedures by assisting the radiologist in performing the procedure and producing images in order to provide therapeutic and diagnostic services.
3. Practices radiation safety through appropriate use of radiation protection devices and adhering to radiation safety standards in order to protect patient, self and staff and to comply with regulatory agencies and requirements.
1. Maintain the radiological equipment in good operating order. Clean and disinfect equipment and area after each use. Maintain work area in an orderly manner. Report any hazardous conditions or equipment breakdowns to supervisor.
2. Demonstrates yearly competencies, including knowledge and behaviors, to conduct examinations and meet the needs of patients with regard to the patient’s age, condition or other special requirements.
3. Routinely prepares examination for interpretation by the radiologist to include correct identification and processing. Sets up images properly in PACs system. Accurately inputs data in the RIS by tracking actual procedure in order to capture all charges and other relevant information.
4. Possess computer skills appropriate to meet departmental needs in preparation of reports and correspondence.
5. Works effectively as a team member within the department and with other units to provide quality service through communication, cooperation and collaboration.
6. Provides clinical supervision and instruction to students by maintaining and understanding of policies, procedures, and the clinical competency process (in order to evaluate student growth and competence in performing radiographic procedures).

Qualifications Guidelines:
Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate AMA approved radiology program.
- Registered with American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
- CT state license.
- CPR certification may be required.
- Maintenance of continuing education credits as required by licensure.
- Individual exceptions may apply only under the discretion of the Medical and Administrative Director
Desirable:
