Responsibilities:
* Perform visual inspections of assigned rides and attractions
* Perform rehab work on theme park rides and attractions
* Maintain, erect, repair and trouble-shoot various theme park rides and attractions
* Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
* Remove and/or replace worn or defective parts using hand and/or power tools
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on various equipment including rides and attractions

Qualifications:
* Should possess practical skill and proficient knowledge in two or more trades, such as: mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, carpentry, welding and small combustion engine repair and maintenance
* Must be able to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members
* Should have strong mechanical, electrical & hydraulic experience
* Must possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of mechanical devises
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
* Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of 150ft., crawling and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 100 lbs. - Access all areas of equipment and ride structures for inspection and maintenance
- Mixing and application of fiberglass resins, sanding, trimming, etc. to make a finished product
- Cut out and sew patters for ride seats
- Perform upholstery work; seat belt fabrication and installation
- Perform daily safety checks on all rides when park is in operation
- Proper handling of chemical and waste material
- Keep a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance utilizing Maximo system
- Adhere to all department and company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment as required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year experience in body/fiberglass repair
- Must possess mechanical aptitude
- Experience in spray painting, bodywork environment, and some fiberglass experience preferred

- Must be capable of climbing ladders, scaffolding, buildings and ride structures
- Must possess strong safety sensitivity
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as additional training or background in fiberglass repair and body work

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our construction team. This role is responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical construction projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and other project documentation. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project pursuits.

Estimating & Takeoffs
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Analyze electrical diagrams and project plans to determine scope and installation requirements
- Utilize estimating software and tools to build comprehensive project estimates
- Identify labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and vendor requirements
- Develop detailed cost estimates and bid proposals aligned with project specifications
- Solicit, review, and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and competitiveness
- Prepare RFIs, clarifications, and proposal documents for bid submissions
- Coordinate estimating timelines and ensure all deliverables meet bid deadlines

- Maintain organized documentation of estimates, assumptions, and bid details
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners throughout the estimating process
