Job Summary
Responsible for executing acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, cross-selling BJ's Loyatly Programs. Also responsible for merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer services inquiries. Provides excellent and efficient member service.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Environmental Job Conditions
- Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces. There may be a need to occasionally position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.

Providing daily supervision and mentorship

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Associate degree preferred
- Certified Hospice Nurse (CHPN) preferred
- Three+ years' experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgery, oncology, or patient population-specific nursing (i.e., geriatrics, pediatric, etc.)
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role (preferred)

- Pariticpates and promotes Back to Bedside efforts in reinforcing Case Management skills, and knowledge and attitude per protocol for all disciplines

- Facilitates IDG meetings and provides ongoing IDG Support such as triaging incoming calls, provides caller support and assistance, and performs quality calls
