Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Possess a current valid driver's license
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.

Summary
- The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
- The PSR II will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.

- THREE years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
- Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
- Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

The Rockland County Department of Finance is seeking a candidate to work in their fast-paced Real Property Tax Division. The work is specialized, diverse and can be complex in nature.
This position involves specialized technical and research work involving the examination and verification of public records to determine the legal status and condition of real property titles in Rockland County. The work is performed under the direction of the Real Property Tax Services Officer and work guidance (e.g., lead work) may be provided to others. Does related work as required.
The work is performed under the general supervision of the Real Property Tax Services Officer.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher and two (2) years of paid work experience researching property title searches and/or title abstractions.
- or an Associate’s degree or higher and four (4) years of paid work experience researching property title searches and/or title abstractions.
Other Requirements and Information:
- Residency in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut is a requirement for this position.

CATCHER
As a chicken catcher, you will need to catch certain amount of birds and know the proper placement techniques with birds being put into the cages.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
The expected results are as follows:
a. To insure animal welfare guidelines are followed
b. Count amount of birds loaded into the cages
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
• Acquire and put on all required PPE (Safety glasses, safety vest, gloves (optional), arm sleeves (optional)).
• Perform routine stretches before starting daily duties.
• Walk the house (bed the birds)
• Wait for cage to be set on blocks
• Open cage door
• Catch correct amount of birds
• Load birds in cage one hand at a time.
• Repeat process until cage is full.
• After proper amount of birds placed in cage, shut the cage door
Pay: Up to $26/hour
Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, overtime as needed
