As part of their litigation team, you'll represent employees in individual and class action claims, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.

What You'll Do

• Handle all aspects of litigation from intake through trial or settlement
• Draft and respond to discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions, including MSJs

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for Commercial Sales, including sales strategies, productivity, sales training and effectiveness, and ensuring achievement of performance targets and budgeted sales goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in sales management in the pharmaceutical industry may be substituted.
• 8+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred; or equivalent medical sales experience may be substituted.
• 3+ years sales management experience in a U.S. pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in Cardiology (Statin, PCSK9, and NOAC) launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success in launching new products and/or indications and building sales teams.
• Well-developed leadership skills, and the ability to influence people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully commercializing new products and/or expanding commercial opportunities for existing products. Sets compelling goals and is tenacious in accomplishing them. Ability to set priorities, allocate resources, take accountability, and achieve results.

The Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry and Vision Science at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified health science clinical faculty members at the Clinical Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Clinical Professor level to teach in the School of Optometry and Vision Science and/or Berkeley Optometry partner off-campus clinics, should an opening arise. The number of positions varies from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the department. The responsibilities of the health science clinical faculty members include teaching optometric student clinicians in the patient care environment, performing direct patient care when student clinicians are unavailable both on or off the UC Berkeley campus, and/or teaching optometric student clinicians the basics of eye examinations sequence in the pre-clinical environment. They may also perform service to the school and community through education or various outreach programs on or off the UC Berkeley campus.

The Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry and Vision Science has excellent clinical facilities and a large, diverse patient population. Over 70,000 patient visits are seen annually within our on campus clinic. About 65 optometry students are graduated annually. The Advanced BioImaging Center (ABC) in the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for two Project Scientists at the Assistant, Associate, or full rank. The selected candidate will be appointed at the rank to commensurate with prior experience. The position will report to Professor Gokul Upadhyayula, with Professor Eric Betzig serving as an additional academic mentor. The project scientist will make significant and creative contributions in the area of machine learning & data analytics.

The Advanced BioImaging Center (ABC) at UC Berkeley aspires to be a world-leading multidisciplinary imaging center that drives important biological discoveries through critical new advances in all aspects of imaging technology and that drives the dissemination of that technology through a multi-pronged education strategy to scientists around the world. The Assistant/Associate/Full Project Scientists will be an integral part of a visionary scientific team driving cutting-edge biological discoveries through immediate applications of critical advances in imaging technologies. These positions will work with a dedicated team to develop data analytics software in terabyte- to petabyte-scale imaging projects. The incumbents will develop and refine machine learning applications and manage projects and provide regular progress reports to PIs and collaborators.

Successful candidates will be an integral part of the expert team working together with computational scientists and biologists in experimental design to tackle complex biological questions in a quantitative manner. The work will primarily be conducted at the facility in Barker Hall. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

*Make significant and creative contributions to development of new imaging and data processing tools for datasets generated on multicellular tissues, organoids, transparent embryos.

*Design, build, and maintain new software packages for efficient data processing.

*Advise on applications of these tools for biological imaging; collaborate with Postdocs and graduate students on specific projects to test, learn and implement for general and specific use cases.

*General organization and management of software documentation.

About the Role

The MEP Electrical Engineer and Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and mixed use projects. These professionals will collaborate closely with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary MEP teams to deliver technically sound and constructible solutions.

The Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will take on expanded technical leadership, detailed system design responsibility, and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications

MEP Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP building design

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA codes, and applicable building codes

Senior MEP Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

• 6 to 10 years of experience in the MEP buildings industry

• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred or required depending on project responsibility

• Demonstrated experience leading electrical system design for complex projects

• Advanced knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and applicable state and local codes

• Strong construction administration experience including submittal review and field coordination

Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical/Electronics Engineering

● Strong understanding of design concepts and ASIC verification flow

● Proven experience in IP, Subsystem, and SoC verification

As a Lead verification engineer candidate will be responsible to work at IP, Subsystem or

SoC verification-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

● Develop testbench components (Driver, Monitor, Scoreboard) from scratch or enhance an existing testbench for a given IP, Subsystem, or SOC.

● Understand design specifications and implementation to define the verification strategy.

● Create testbench micro-architecture, test plan, and coverage plan documents.

● Define the verification scope, develop test plans and tests, and establish the verification infrastructure to ensure design correctness.

● Implement System Verilog assertions and functional coverage.

● Analysed code coverage and address missing scenarios to meet coverage goals.

● Work with other verification team members to develop, execute, and analyse verification test cases and sequences, providing relevant solutions to issues.

● Collaborate with architects, designers, and pre- and post-silicon verification teams to meet deadlines.

● Coordinate with customer leads, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.

● Serve as the project's point of contact, responsible for verification signoff.

• As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP) at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline lead on multiple projects. Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):
• HVAC system selection, engineering & design.
• Preparation of HVAC drawings, analysis, specifications, and calculations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Required:

• BS/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
