Position Overview

What You’ll Do

- Collaborate and communicate transparently with the Regional Director of Operations and ownership.

- Innovate and execute by working with Sales, Marketing, and F&B teams to maximize group, leisure, and local business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Pool, and Beach experiences.
- Partner with Revenue and Digital Marketing teams to optimize RevPAR and brand positioning.
- Drive excellence in service delivery, resort amenities, and food and beverage operations.
- Utilize TLPB systems and analytics to manage expenses, forecast performance, and meet KPIs.
- Lead with a hands-on approach, balancing urgency and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years as General Manager of a 4- or 5-star resort (luxury beachfront experience highly preferred).
- Proven success in rooms, food & beverage, or sales leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams with empathy and accountability.
- Strong command of revenue management, budgeting, and digital marketing fundamentals.

- Assist in managing cases, collaborating closely with our board-certified surgeons and highly skilled technicians.
- Participate in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures alongside each surgeon.
- Execute, monitor, and recover all assigned sedation and anesthetic events.
- Assist in all operating room duties as a circulating nurse and scrub-in technician during orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries.

- An understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge, including triage, restraint, diagnostic imaging, venipuncture, phlebotomy, laboratory equipment and procedures, etc.
- Experience planning, monitoring, managing and recovering anesthesia patients for a variety of abdominal, thoracic, orthopedic, and minimally invasive procedures, surgical prepping and positioning. Knowledge of common surgical instruments and their uses and experience calculating and administering CRI medications appropriately.
- Attention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.

The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years.
Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop bidding strategies and contract compliance. Review all project subcontracts and purchase orders for project completion.

Qualifications
Education:
- Four (4) year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
- At least five (5) to eight (8) years' experience as a Project Manager or at least fifteen (15) years of construction-related experience, experience with a General Contractor preferred
- Experience leading teams
- Demonstrated mastery in the skills of project management.
- Demonstrated mastery in these areas: estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
