Position Overview:
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) bedding brand seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Analyst to join our in-house team and drive our paid advertising and content optimization strategy. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in statistics, data analysis, analytics, or a related field, eager to apply their analytical skills to set up, create, and optimize ad campaigns while analyzing performance and content across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising, Criteo, Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond. No prior experience is required—just a passion for data-driven marketing and a desire to grow with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management:
- Set up and create PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising, and retail partner platforms (Criteo, Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond)
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting settings, demographics, and ad creatives to maximize ROAS and conversions
- Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with our sustainable bedding brand identity
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Looker Studio to track KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPC, conversion rates)
- Evaluate keyword performance and targeting settings to refine campaign strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve ad effectiveness
Content Analysis:
- Analyze marketing content, product listings, product page content, and ad content to ensure alignment with brand goals and customer appeal
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content for conversions and engagement
Website Analytics:
- Monitor website analytics via Google Analytics and TripleWhale to assess user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and support retargeting efforts
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Generate actionable reports and insights to guide budget allocation and campaign adjustments
- Collaborate with our in-house team to integrate ad campaigns and analytics with Shopify and TripleWhale for seamless tracking
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analysis, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with coursework or projects in data analysis, statistical modeling, or data visualization
- No prior professional experience required; relevant internships, academic projects, or coursework in marketing or analytics are a bonus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
- Keen interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, etc.)

Job Summary for Team Lead:

Job Summary:
Our Production Associates are Customer Obsessed and strive to exceed customer expectations with every order. Production Associates support manufacturing processes by completing the following tasks: reviewing the Manufacturing Order for specific product requirements; inspecting parts and materials prior to and during use to ensure quality of parts and final products, implementing the best practices in manufacturing processes while producing and packaging the product and preparing orders for shipping, reporting orders accurately, maintaining organization in the area, attention to details, time management and effective communication.

- Examine product for ink smears, position of design, print clarity, color accuracy or other defects and report issues immediately for correction

- Package product for shipping, making sure proper box size and packing procedures are followed and ensuring that only products meeting quality standards are packed to ship to our customers

- Assist with performing preventive maintenance duties or changeover duties, such as daily cleaning and lubricating.

The Production Associate will set up, adjust, and operate semi-automated printing machines and prepare items processed for the next routing step. Ensuring that only products meeting company standards are passed onto the next step or packaged to ship to our customers. Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments and/or minor repairs to equipment.
Responsibilities for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:
- Set up and adjust machines for proper operation
- Ensure that the proper supplies (both bill of material and non-bill of material items) are being used for printing
- Read and follows manufacturing orders to make sure orders are printed according to specifications (quality, accuracy, and layout)
- Examines product for defects, position of design print clarity, color accuracy or other flaws and adjusts equipment accordingly if needed
- Maintains sewing equipment including, but not limited to needles, bobbins, lubrication, etc.
- May package product for shipping, making sure proper box size and packing procedures are followed and ensuring that only products meeting quality standards are packed to ship
- Completes DCT reporting and necessary daily paperwork as instructed, including quantity produced, scrap and related information
- Performs preventative maintenance duties, such as daily cleaning and lubricating

About the Role
As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving ForgeFit's growth by reaching out to potential clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and guiding gym owners, fitness directors, and facility managers through the buying process. Your focus will be on identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals, all from the comfort of your home office.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospects via phone, video, and email

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or fitness/health-related a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling brand values to provide athletes a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for execution of routine duties to support store operations. The Sales Associate will assume the Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.
Sales & Omni:
- Provide direct sales assistance to athletes to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager
- Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience Brand Image & Customer Experience
- Model the UA service culture and customer expectations
- When assisting athletes communicate brand messages according to UA Service Model
- Incorporate product knowledge into selling process by participating in training
Retail Operations:
- Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets
- Comply with UA policies and procedures
- Complete the operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with training
- Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies
- Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour's attendance policy

Job Duties and Responsibilities- Greets guests as they arrive, focus on personal recognition
- Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
- Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival
- Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed
- Responsible for issued bank. Count bank at beginning and end of shift. Ensure that all cash drops are done in accordance with proper cash handling procedures and report all cash over/shorts to management
- Keep front desk area clean and organized
- Assisting with lobby activation as needed
- Utilize proper procedures when handling guest PPI data
- Follow checklist when going through check in or check out with guest. Always retrieve necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival
- Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
- Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
- In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
- Minimum of High School education
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
