What Youll Do
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Application Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and optimization of personal productivity applications across BCG. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that BCGs suite of productivity tools—including Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud, and other integrated third-party applications—are implemented and operated at peak performance. As a key member of the Productivity Tools team within BCG’s Personal Productivity Organization, you will collaborate with product owners, vendors, and architects and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences, effective governance, and ongoing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering & Administration
Manage and configure enterprise application services across both legacy and cloud platforms.
Lead upgrades, rollouts, patching, and migrations for a variety of applications.

What Youll Bring
Experience Required:
5+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade applications, with 3–5 years specifically in Microsoft 365 administration and technical product analysis.
Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud deployment and productivity enablement.
Strong background in enterprise M365 configuration and governance, including automation tools like Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Advanced capabilities using GraphAPI, PowerShell, SQL, and Power BI for:
Scripting and bulk administration
Automating service management
Data analysis and backend reporting
Visualizing application performance metrics
Background in implementing GenAI capabilities across Microsoft 365 (e.g., Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a significant plus.

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $121,000.00 - $147,700.00
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing project team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and coordination of electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and local building codes.

The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions to streamline processes within a $1.8B supply chain operation, working directly with supply chain teams to co-develop solutions and conduct user acceptance testing. Expectations include managing 5-8 projects concurrently with high autonomy, optimizing AI agent performance, and ensuring solution longevity through detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated workflows and AI agents for supply chain tasks.
- Conduct iterative testing and user acceptance testing with supply chain teams.
- Configure workflow logic, decision trees, automation sequences, and integration points for AI functionality.
- Develop hybrid solutions integrating analytics dashboards with AI workflows for process automation.
- Document workflow configurations, prompt patterns, and decisions in detail for non-technical user maintenance.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and AI platform management

THE POSITION We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Software Engineer position for our Platform Engineering team which is responsible for designing and building tools and workflows for our internal software engineering teams. These systems will allow them to build and deploy applications effortlessly, allowing them to focus on building business functionality for their users. Your work will directly support enterprise-wide initiatives, helping teams across the organization streamline operations, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and collaborating with other engineers to create highimpact internal platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience enabling IT organizations to work more efficiently, standardize best practices, and reduce friction across the development lifecycle. KEYS TO THE POSITION
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in Python with experience building tools using widely adopted libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, BeautifulSoup, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
- Skilled in packaging, testing, and deploying Python applications using tools like pytest, setuptools, and Docker
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation), with a strong grasp of scalable and secure architecture principles.
- Experience designing and operating DevOps platforms including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins), and container orchestration using ECS or EKS - Experience designing and operating monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray)
- Excellent written and verbal communication

General Summary of Position:
The Manager of Information Security leads Granite's enterprise security program, ensuring the protection of corporate systems, applications, cloud platforms, and data across the entire business. This role drives the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, controls, and processes while enabling secure operations across IT, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and customerfacing teams. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Granite's enterprise wide Information Security Program, ensuring

- Obtain/retain a government security clearance as may be required to perform the duties

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance,
or equivalent experience. - Eligibility to obtain and maintain Public Trust (Tier 2) or other federal security
clearances. - Handson experience implementing NIST SP 80053, NIST SP 800171, SOC 2, PCIDSS, RMF, and FISMA Moderate controls in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience with SSP writing, ATO packages, security assessments, and
continuous monitoring activities. - Experience with cloud security in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web
Services (AWS). Familiarity with application security best practices (OWASP, SDLC integration, - SAST/DAST scanning workflows).
- Ability to interpret and communicate security requirements to engineering, legal, and
operations teams. - Experience supporting vendor risk reviews, questionnaire responses, and assessment of
