Job Summary As a Mission Analysis Engineer on the Mission Analysis Engineering Team, you will be the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for all modeling, simulation, and analysis for a program, study, or proposal.

You will develop methods to simulate mission scenarios and assess end-to-end constellation capabilities; design and implement image processing, inertial tracking, state estimation, and optimal control algorithms for sensor systems; and provide tools and modeling platforms for validating system performance during on-orbit mission operations.

We are seeking a Lead Space Survivability/Radiation Effects Engineer to support natural and man-made radiation environment-related tasks at the piecepart, unit, and system levels through all satellite program phases in El Segundo, California.

THE PURPOSE:

Under the direction of the Director of Digital Applications, the Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, identifying problems and opportunities, and building robust business and technical documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and contribute to True Religion's continued growth by driving efficiency and innovation in our digital ecosystem.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):

• Engage with key stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, convert critical business requirements into actionable items, and document the details within Confluence and JIRA
• Communicate effectively with the project and development teams to outline stakeholder expectations in a clear and timely manner
• Own business requirements and design sign-off processes, partnering with stakeholders to ensure details captured align with expectations prior to sign-off
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, recognize potential risks, and establish contingency plans to mitigate impacts
• Identify opportunities to introduce improvements to existing processes that would support overall business growth and operational efficiency
• Define and create epics, spikes, stories, and other artifacts to support development goals in partnership with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Create robust and clear business and technical documentation for future reference and knowledge management
• Apply configuration changes within the SFCC environment to support development tasks and proof of concept discussions
• Partner with QA analysts to run testing cycles and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Coordinate with the tech team to set up environments to facilitate major project deliveries and iterative testing efforts

YOU ARE:

You bring a strong combination of e-commerce expertise and technical acumen with exceptional communication skills. You have strong ecommerce and mobile app knowledge and are able to work independently or collaborate with cross-functional partners at various levels throughout the organization. You possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can effectively communicate across all levels---users, management, vendors, and both business and technical stakeholders. You have the ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC and Agile ceremonies. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and approach challenges with both rigor and creativity.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems (or equivalent) required
• 5+ years of experience in various ecommerce platforms such as Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Magento, Shopify, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in prioritizing, planning, delivering, and supporting ecommerce applications, interfaces, vendor-based applications, and systems upgrades
• 5+ years of documentation experience with business requirements, functional specifications, and related technical documentation
• 3+ years of experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience working within or supporting ecommerce websites using Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Prior experience delivering mobile apps
• Prior experience with Agile methodologies
• Prior experience with managing marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon
• Knowledge or prior experience with the Atlassian suite and Figma

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. The Product Development Manager, Denim is responsible for leading the development and production strategy for our denim categories while managing key relationships with finished product suppliers and agents. This role ensures product is delivered at the highest quality, on time, and at target cost while aligning with True Religion’s sourcing strategy and brand standards. The Product Development Manager, Denim partners cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Materials, and R&D to drive product execution, improve margins, and deliver on seasonal business objectives. This role also leads and develops a team focused on operational excellence, product quality, and speed to market.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):

• Drive the product development and production process from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with the product pipeline calendar and key milestones.

As a Design Quality Assurance (DQA) Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding product development from concept through full life‑cycle compliance. You’ll ensure that all engineering work follows Teledyne Controls’ established design standards, development processes, and work instructions while verifying that resulting products and documentation meet contractual obligations, customer quality requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. This role directly supports engineering excellence—helping teams build reliable, compliant, and high‑performing aerospace products that our customers can trust.

What You'll Do

• Review Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) & Airline Customers quality provisions as part of contract review or contract formation for new proposals or contracts.
• Ensure compliance with OEM and Airline Customers imposed contract provisions – Quality Management System (QMS) Policies/ Processes/ Development requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Teledyne Controls Quality Management System (QMS) Policies/ Processes/ Development requirements and applicable OEM or Airline Customers approved contract quality provisions.
• Create or update Software Quality Assurance Plans (SQAPs) or Hardware Quality Assurance Plans (HQAPs) – for customer submission and approval.
• Support coordination and liaison with Customers for development programs quality related issues, concerns, plan of action(s), and resolution.
• Perform product life cycle documentation reviews and process audits. Review and approve Engineering documentation, design changes (EOs) and development folders.
• Participate in Systems, Hardware, and Software design & development reviews process covering: Planning, Requirements, Design, and Verification & Validation(V&V); and support development programs formal customer reviews such as: Plan Review (PL), Requirements Review (RR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and Production Readiness Review (PRR).
• Support Engineering Test Procedure (ETP)/System Test monitoring, Test Set-up Conformity, and review Test Reports and failure investigations reports.
• Support Qualification test monitoring, Test Set-up Conformity; and review Qualification Test Reports and failure investigations reports.
• Plan, perform, and support hardware or software product conformity, First Article Inspection review and audits; and support Stage of Involvement (SOI) reviews and audits.
• Oversee product change management submission and approval process for compliance with OEM customers’ requirements (EDES, NOC, etc.).
• Support Product transition processes to Manufacturing in collaboration with Factory Quality Control, Supplier Quality Control, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Support and conduct Internal AS9100 Audits, customers requested audits, and internal audit program.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering or other related Engineering discipline,
• 7+ years of experience applying quality improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques, or equivalent experience in product design and development within AS9100/ISO 9001 environments and working with QMS standards.
• Strong working knowledge of DO‑178 software compliance and DO‑254 hardware compliance is highly desired.
• Familiarity with AS9145, including APQP and PPAP processes, is preferred.
• Ability to provide clear guidance and establish quality positions on program development and compliance issues for program management and engineering teams.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems is preferred.
• ASQ certification is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)
