The Opportunity

As a dedicated Injury Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, responsible to adjust non-attorney involved soft tissue bodily injury to include confirming coverage, determining liability, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, defending, and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. Accountable for delivering a concierge level of best in class member service through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and compassion.

This hybrid role requires an individual to be in the office 3 days per week. This position will be based out of the following locations: San Antonio, TX; Chesapeake, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ; and Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you'll do:

• Identifies and handles existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
• Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
• Adjusts non-attorney involved soft tissue bodily injury claims, as well as all auto physical damage associated with those claims.
• Identifies, confirms, and makes coverage decisions on soft tissue claims.
• Investigates loss details, determines legal liability, evaluates, negotiates, and arrives at claim settlement within appropriate authority guidelines.
• Clearly documents thought process, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
• Provides advice and sets expectations into next steps to members.
• Collaborates and supports team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate matters for escalation.
• Partners and/or directs vendors and internal business partners to facilitate timely claims resolution.
• Supports workload surges and/or Catastrophe Operations as needed.

What you have:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
• 1 year of injury adjusting or auto liability adjusting experience to include highly complex vehicle physical damage, such as multi-vehicle, non-owned vehicles, or total loss claims.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the auto claims contract as well as application of case and state laws and regulations.
• Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts.

What sets you apart:

• 2+ years Auto Liability/Casualty adjusting experience to include complex/multi vehicle liability.
• 1 year auto physical damage or total loss experience.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is: $57,970 - $103,870.

Role Overview

The Information Security Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s information security program with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, and strategic enablement of the business. This role serves as the primary owner and stakeholder for IT and Information Security compliance initiatives, including SOX, U.S. Coast Guard regulatory requirements, and enterprise security governance, while providing leadership across mergers and acquisitions, internal audit engagement, and enterprise security communications.

The position balances hands-on program management, strategic planning, and people leadership, ensuring security initiatives align with organizational objectives, regulatory obligations, and evolving threat landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance

• Own and manage IT and Information Security compliance tools and platforms (e.g., AuditBoard), ensuring effective evidence collection, control mapping, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Act as the primary IT/Information Security SOX Compliance Owner and Stakeholder, partnering with Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure timely and effective control execution.
• Lead U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) cybersecurity and regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to applicable maritime, industrial, and critical infrastructure security requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry’s best practices.
• Provide oversight and coordination for Information Security internal and external audits, including remediation planning, validation, and executive reporting.

Mergers, Acquisitions, and Enterprise Risk

• Lead Information Security due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.
• Assess cybersecurity risk posture of target organizations and define remediation and integration roadmaps.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and business leadership to ensure security risks are identified, communicated, and managed throughout transaction lifecycles.

Strategic Planning and Program Execution

• Define and execute the Information Security strategic roadmap aligned to business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk tolerance.
• Translate security strategy into measurable initiatives, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, enabling secure business operations, innovation, and growth.
• Provide Information Security program management oversight, including initiative prioritization, resource planning, and progress reporting.

Enterprise Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead and coordinate security communications across Titan Group / Titan America, ensuring consistent messaging, risk awareness, and executive-level visibility.
• Prepare and deliver security updates, risk summaries, and compliance status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, Legal, HR, Compliance, and Operations to embed security into enterprise processes and culture.

Qualifications

Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Information Security, IT Risk, or Compliance roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing SOX IT controls, audits, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of security governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, SOC).
• Experience with GRC platforms such as AuditBoard or similar tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and executive stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or maritime/industrial regulatory environments.
• M&A cybersecurity due diligence and post-merger integration experience.
• Prior people management and team leadership experience.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery 
• Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices 
• Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency 
• Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control 
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts 

• High School Diploma / GED
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

What to Expect Assume significant technical responsibility early in your career as part of a lean headquarters staff; work primarily in an analytical and oversight role rather than operating plants at sea; balance long term engineering projects with time sensitive fleet and shipyard issues; frequent coordination with senior civilian engineers, naval officers, and technical teams; high expectations for attention to detail, judgment, and written and oral communication.

Work Environment Work mainly at Naval Reactors Headquarters in the Washington, District of Columbia area with regular engagement with Department of Energy laboratories, nuclear training sites, shipyards, and nuclear powered ships and submarines; office based work that includes document reviews, technical meetings, inspections, and site visits rather than day to day shipboard watchstanding.

Pathways, Training & Advancement Officer commissioning through programs such as Officer Candidate School or the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program followed by a structured technical qualification program at Naval Reactors; rotational exposure to laboratories, prototypes, shipyards, and fleet support issues; progressive responsibility leading projects and becoming a subject matter expert, with opportunities for professional military education and advanced graduate study in technical fields.

Entry through the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program for qualified college students and recent graduates, or selection via Officer Candidate School for those who already hold qualifying degrees; all applicants must meet Nuclear Propulsion Program academic and technical screening standards in addition to general officer commissioning requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

Why This Role Matters:

This is not a typical Project Manager position.

You’ll step into a senior, high-impact role within a respected structural steel fabricator delivering complex commercial projects (200–500 tons) for universities, schools, and major regional and national general contractors.

More importantly, this role offers a clear and realistic path into broader leadership, with long-term succession planning toward General Manager / senior operational leadership for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own structural steel projects from award through fabrication, delivery, and erection
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, erectors, and internal teams
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Review contract documents, drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans
• Identify, price, and manage change orders to protect margins
• Coordinate closely with fabrication, shipping, and erection teams
• Attend planning meetings and occasional site visits
• Drive project profitability, accountability, and on-time delivery
