We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills who will be responsible for the hands-on development of proposals, presentations and other deliverables, both in print and digital, across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
Coordinates the Qualification and Proposal Process
Collaborates with regional leaders, senior staff, and other marketing team members, as needed, to create, produce, and deliver proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards, which include:
- Assisting the region with pre-sell activities and support for targeted opportunities in Nevada and Southern California
- Scheduling proposal/pursuit deadlines utilizing work plans, calendars, and maintaining deadlines among business development and technical staff
- Assisting business development and operations in proposal strategy development and execution
- Coordinating and collecting project-specific information and developing content to meet RFP guidelines
- Developing written collateral including case studies, data sheets, resumes, and market-sector brochures
- Responsibility for the final proposal product: printing, binding, and delivery coordination
Provides Support for Client Facing Interviews
- Assists with market research to support account management plans
- Works with business development and other regional departments for interview preparation
- Prepares and finalizes presentations, leave-behinds, and other materials
Provides Expertise in Marketing Tools and Graphics
- Demonstrates graphic design knowledge to support the preparation of creative content (infographics, flow charts, design templates, custom signage, and digital media content)
- Contributes to content development for social media channels
- Assists with maintaining CRM database including maintenance of opportunities, project metrics, employees, clients, mailings, project references, and contacts
Provides Coordination Support to the Southern Pacific Region
- Assists in coordinating office and regional events including conferences, golf tournaments, tradeshows, and community outreach
- Assists with the production of office, region, and company-wide gatherings (Town Halls, Shareholders, and Seminars)
- Provides public relations support to Marketing Director, external PR agency, and internal corporate communications department

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC marketing field, preferably preparing proposals/qualification statements and presentations
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, and After Effects
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 applications, including CRM Dynamics
- Proficiency in using social media software for content creation and monitoring (i.e. Hootsuite, Meltwater)

JOB SUMMARY
The Modeling Officer will support Sequoia's in-house modeling capabilities helping to develop, iterate and synthesize estimates of emissions reduction impact across multiple grantmaking portfolios. They will collaborate with external and internal partners to identify, model and interpret multiple scenarios of future emissions, and implement probabilistic discounting methods to those scenarios. In collaboration with others, they will develop and implement purpose-driven quantitative analysis that informs philanthropic decision-making, using efficient, credible methods and tools. The Modeling Officer will work closely with grantmaking staff to interpret quantitative findings into actionable insights. The Modeling Officer will report to the Chief Evidence and Learning Officer, and collaborate closely with other members of Sequoia's Evidence and Learning and Executive teams.
Essential Job Functions & Key Outcomes
Supports Sequoia's in-house modeling of impact [50%]
- Supports the identification of existing emissions projections, or where necessary builds quantitative estimates of future emissions relevant to Sequoia's grantmaking portfolio.
- Implements one of multiple existing probabilistic methods to inform decisions about strategic prioritization, and where necessary collaborates with others to expand those methods.
- Provides written and verbal insights to Sequoia's grantmaking teams on the implications of the modeled results, and iterates the analysis to align with decision-maker needs.
- Engages in generative discussions with other members of Sequoia staff on novel methods and approaches, that balance the need for credible methods with efficiency and practicality.
Supports philanthropic decision-making with purpose-driven analysis [50%]
- Interprets and translates strategic questions into clear, compelling data products that support decision-making.
- Efficiently deploys appropriate data collation, wrangling and analysis methods in a reproducible manner, to provide credible, timely analysis.
- Builds and maintains systems, tools, and processes for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sensitive information from multiple organizational partners in collaboration with colleagues.

Education, Experience & Credentials
- Advanced degree in science, physics, statistics, applied mathematics, or related field required.
- A minimum of three years working in climate policy, science or philanthropy in a research or modeling role is required.
- Familiarity with Bayesian probabilistic models is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted qualitative analysis, including using large language models for structured information extraction (e.g., developing coding schemas, applying classification frameworks to new materials) is preferred.
- Experience in data visualization for decision-makers is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in R and/or Python and GitHub required.

Staying informed about recent legal rulings and trends by reviewing case law is also critical. Coverage issues will be identified, including a review of all coverage evaluation letters. The winning candidate must:
- Be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hands-on fashion, doing "whatever it takes" to help the team grow.
- Focus on driving sales and results, coupled with a fervent desire to implement and sustain organization and efficiency throughout the practice. This is NOT an administrative position - it is a sales position with some admin work.
- Have a strong ability to build relationships as well as a desire to perform outreach with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Your Impact as a Medical Lead Veterinarian
As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you are the champion of medical excellence in your hospital. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your associate veterinarians, partnering with your Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. This is a key leadership role where you will set the standard for clinical quality and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Lead and Mentor Your DVM Team: You will manage all associate veterinarians, conducting regular performance discussions, coaching them on individual development goals (including production and PCT), and fostering a culture of teamwork and retention.
- Role Model Medical Excellence: You will set the example for the highest quality of medicine, client service, and efficiency, while also practicing as an associate veterinarian and achieving your own production goals.
- Drive Hospital Performance: In partnership with your Practice Manager, you will help develop the annual operating plan, manage hospital financial performance toward an EBITDA goal, and ensure compliance with all medical and DEA regulations.
- Foster a Culture of Growth: You will lead monthly doctor meetings to discuss best practices, new services, and medical standards. You will also supervise externship and mentorship programs and champion a culture of recruitment.
- Be an Ambassador: You will serve as an ambassador for your hospital and Mission Pet Health through community engagement at schools, universities, and local events.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid state license in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.

Job Purpose
The Regional HR Manager serves as a strategic HR partner to field leadership, delivering high-impact support across employee relations, compliance, leave management, and HR program execution. This role is critical to ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices across ALKEME’s growing footprint. The Regional HR Manager will operate independently within their assigned region and will not have direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders on HR matters including workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent development.
- Align HR strategies with business goals to support growth, performance, and engagement.
2. Employee Relations & Investigations
- Lead investigations into employee concerns, policy violations, and workplace conflicts.
- Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution of employee issues.
- 3. Leave Management & Compliance
- Administer and track employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, state-specific programs) in coordination with centralized HR support.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.

4. HR Program Execution
- Implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and training programs.

5. Organizational Support

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment.
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
