As the Registered Nurse in Home Health you will provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
You will also coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources.

Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed.
When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation.
Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits.
Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities.
Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs.
The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed.
You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation.

The Role

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate a plus) in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of experience in a data driven analytics environment; consumer lending preferred; Master's or PHD degrees may offset experience. 3+ years required
- Advanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel skills required; experience with multiple types of relational databases and/or querying languages is a plus such as R, Hive Python, Oracle, Unix are desired
- Innovative and capable of developing a highly analytical approach to solving problems
- Experience driving projects and presenting to senior management on results and ideas
- Capability and willingness to learn new areas within the OneMain business and take on diverse projects

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current electrical licensing and required training.
- Interpret and apply blueprints and technical drawings on the jobsite.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Layout and install conduit systems, lighting systems, control systems, and motor feeders.
- Perform standard motor connections and ensure proper system functionality.
- Participate in safety meetings, audits, and toolbox talks.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to apprentices and helpers.
- Complete documentation such as time cards, evaluations, and logs accurately and on time.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support project execution using available company resources.
- Uphold safety and compliance standards in accordance with OSHA and customer-specific requirements.
- Contribute to employee development and referral programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
Travel: 60-75%
Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

The team
Avantor's Biomaterials and Operations team is part of our NuSil Technology business unit. This team supports the maintenance and reliability department by helping with the maintenance and workflow of the facility.
What we're looking for
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 3-5 years relevant mechanical experience
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Technical school preferred
Previous facilities maintenance experience repairing and maintaining equipment and machinery preferred
How you will thrive and create an impact
The Reliability & Maintenance Mechanic performs essentially the same duties as Mechanic, but under limited supervision and with an increasingly wider range of duties of a more complex nature, such as: working in more than one of the maintenance trades as hydraulics, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding. Interprets blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform work assigned. Typically requires completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience. May train and oversee daily duties of Mechanic.
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repairs or replaces defective parts.
Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Starts devices to test their performance.
May set up and operate drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
May initiate purchase order for parts and machines.
Repairs electrical equipment.
Must be regular and punctual in attendance
Responsible for maintaining quality within the scope of the job description.
