Role Summary
Rafi Properties is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager (ACPM) to support planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ACPM acts as a liaison between stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Organize and attend project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Documentation & Reporting
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawings.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Site Coordination & Quality Control
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Risk Management
- Identify potential issues or delays and work with the Project Manager to resolve them.
- Assist in preparing and implementing risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
- Experience in construction and owner’s project management is a plus.
- Up to 60% travel required from site-to-site as required by projects.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to read, interpret, and value-engineer construction drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze third-party contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and data protection agreements.
- Identify regulatory, financial, and operational gaps within contract language and terms.
- Compare contract provisions against internal policies, regulatory requirements, and category standards.
- Prepare structured gap analyses, risk summaries, and remediation reports for internal leadership.
- Draft proposed remediation language and coordinate contract updates with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

The Builder Coalition (TBC) is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and personable individual to serve as our Sector Innovation Manager -- advancing TBC’s national think tank and implementation platform focused on expanding access to capital, land, and education for underrepresented individuals in the real estate sector. Through strategy and execution, this role will promote innovation across institutions – via convenings, advisory services, and digital resources. This position entails collaboration and in-person events across the country.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute national convenings for peer learning, collaboration, and concrete action – including working groups, virtual forums, and in-person summits (i.e., 2026 Atlanta Capital Investors Summit)

- Facilitate the publishing of reports and case studies, highlighting best practices in the industry
- Maintain strong records of network members and relationship activities in our CRM platform
