Our Diesel Mechanics perform inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment, including diesel heavy trucks and engines. Performs preventive maintenance inspection (PMI); troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds major components on vehicles and equipment. Ensures accurate diagnosis and effective repair and/or replacement of component.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience working as a heavy-duty Diesel Mechanic
• Hydraulics experience is highly preferred
• Engine and transmission maintenance and repairs
• Experience with diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, Peterbilt, and Paccar.
• Chassis component repairs and maintenance including air brakes system, suspension, drivetrain and steering components.
• Maintain and repair exhaust systems equipped with DPF systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards.
• Assists with service calls for breakdowns
• Must be able to provide own tools.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Preform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.

Summary of Position

The RX Fulfillment Coordinator plays an integral part in ensuring superior care of patients treated through Teladoc. The RX Fulfillment Coordinator will apply professional knowledge in processing prescriptions ordered by Teladoc providers (either via telephone or electronically), support Teladoc providers as dictated by established policies and guidelines, and provide member support by phone or electronic messages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, providers, and pharmacies, representing Teladoc in a professional and courteous manner through a variety of communication channels including incoming and outgoing calls and emails.

• Apply professional knowledge to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and in a timely manner under supervision of prescriber and supervisor in a call-center environment.

• Provide direct support to Teladoc providers as needed

• Receive escalated calls from patients or providers and de-escalate these calls to a reasonable outcome for all parties.

• Initiate and submit prior-authorization requests on-line to health insurance carriers.

• Manage daily task list to meet department performance metric goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in admin system, including description of issue and resolution.

• Maintain confidentiality of issues and adheres to all applicable regulations, including HIPAA.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required

• Active Pharmacy Technician (National) Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or Licensed Practical/Vocational nurse license.

• Prior experience in a call center environment preferred

• Minimum 2-year experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Medical Assistant or LPN/LVN

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Ability to receive work instruction and maintain department productivity standards

• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced call-center environment while maintaining focus and sense of accuracy

• Knowledge of Healthcare and medical terminology, with a high level of prescription medication familiarity

We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Employer Sales Team and help power Teladoc's next chapter of growth.

This BDR is responsible for using outbound prospecting strategies to book qualified meetings that will build sales pipeline.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to book meetings that connect our New Business account executives with enterprise prospects who are interested in Teladoc's wide array of services
• Establish creative methods of securing qualified meetings beyond emailing and cold calling
• Utilize prospecting technologies to develop and execute strategic account-based outreach plans in partnership with New Business account executives
• Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts
• Qualifying and converting marketing leads into sales opportunities using a consultative and data-driven approach.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to drive attendance for events, conferences and webinars
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity, lead qualification, and opportunity creation in Salesforce
• Partner with the BDR Manager and Commercial Sales team to produce consistent and reliable pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in a quota-attaining SDR or BDR role selling benefits as a solution
• Familiarity with Salesforce Campaigns, Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, BenefitFlow, and Zoominfo
• Excellent in-person, phone and written customer communication skills

• Experience in healthcare or health tech

Summary of Position

Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Cyber Incident Response Lead to spearhead our organization's efforts in responding to cybersecurity incidents.This role will lead complex incident investigations, coordinate cross-functional response efforts during security events, drive containment/eradication/recovery activities, and continuously improve the incident response program. This position combines hands-on technical response leadership with strategic oversight, stakeholder communication (including executive-level), and mentorship of analysts/engineers. You will serve as a key escalation point for high-severity incidents and help shape the organization's resilience against evolving threats (ransomware, supply-chain attacks, nation-state actors, etc.).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications Expected for Position

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in an incident response or SOC lead capacity
• Deep hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel), EDR tools, and network forensics
• Strong understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) as mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Proficiency in digital forensics, malware triage, and log analysis across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
• Experience leading response efforts for major incident types including ransomware, data exfiltration, BEC, and insider threats
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical findings into clear, executive-level briefings
• Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent

• Experience with cloud security incidents across AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with regulatory and legal considerations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS breach notification requirements)
• Prior experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, critical infrastructure) or supporting executive-level communications during breaches.
• Experience leading small-to-medium IR teamsor acting as primary incident commander.

Summary of Position

The Manager, Tax is responsible for global tax reporting and compliance activities for the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare/review domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision along with SEC disclosures under US GAAP and ASC 740
• Monitor worldwide tax legislation and accounting guidance to ensure proper tax reporting
• Identify, monitor, document uncertain tax positions
• Responsible for ETR and cash tax forecasting, partnering with other teams I finance
• Manage US income tax compliance for domestic entities, including quarterly estimates and extensions
• Coordinate with foreign controllers on international tax compliance, provision and cash taxes
• Maintain effective controls over all tax processes
• Perform tax research and prepare memoranda as needed
• Identify tax savings opportunities
• Participate in review/integration of acquisitions
• Manage various tax audits and notice responses
• Work effectively across departments for various tax and business needs
• Manage transfer pricing analyses and R&D projects
• Assist with state registrations and annual reports
• Responsible for tax language in SEC filings
• Stay current on technology opportunities for automation/efficiency opportunities
• Perform other duties as required
