In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The Maintenance Manager oversees and performs maintenance operations for a liquid bulk terminal.
