Job Description
- Oversee collection and foreclosure matters from inception through conclusion with a client-focused approach
- Develop litigation strategy and drive files forward efficiently and compliantly
- Draft, review, and manage pleadings, motions, and related filings
- Make court appearances and advocate effectively on behalf of clients
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding status, strategy, and next steps
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including FDCPA
- Collaborate with internal teams (paralegals, assistants, operations) to maintain pace, quality, and accuracy

The Data Center Project Commissioning Engineer will perform construction observations, review contract documents, develop functional test plans and execute tests for a wide variety of mechanical, and controls systems.
They will execute retro-commissioning engineering/energy studies & contribute to design and energy projects for National industrial, institutional, and commercial clients.
Must be self-motivated and well versed in Data Center projects touching on large building MEP systems design, commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy modeling/analysis and construction for complex buildings.
Assessment, optimization and/or commissioning activities for utility plants will also be expected.
Requirements 2+ years of specific Data Center Commissioning experience (Electrical/Mechanical.) Must be able/willing to travel up to 75% for project work, training, and inter-office business (expenses paid.) Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field preferred.
Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems.
Experience managing design/energy services commissioning project resources to pre-determined scope, fee, and schedule.
Knowledge of building codes, construction industry standards, such as ASHRAE, LEED.
Effective leadership and written / verbal communication skills are essential.

Job Purpose The Physician Advisor performs case reviews of all case types in a knowledgeable and conscientious manner to achieve the highest degree of compliance.
The Physician Advisor works closely with the Client’s medical staff leadership, the entire medical staff, including resident physician house staff, all areas of resource management, case management, social services, discharge planning, and utilization management to recommend methods to optimize use of hospital services for all patients.
