Responsibilities:

  • Support the business  onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters with the development of successful and profitable programs for key products to ensure continued growth of the product portfolio – you will assist in leading new product development (creation and management) of assigned product(s) from brainstorm phase through mass production, as well as partner with leadership to define the over-arching category direction to a team of product developers.   • Be the voice of our legacy product lines: share insights and learnings from consumers and the market with Product Developers focused on NPD to ensure critical features and feedback are incorporated into next generation products.  
  • Partner with SharkNinja Testing and Quality organizations to define, develop, and manage quality and performance testing procedures.

The Associate Director, Omnichannel & Marketing Capabilities is a hybrid strategic and technical leader responsible for defining and building the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Galderma's US commercial business. This role acts as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, serving the four major US business units. This individual will lead the design and implementation of the technical roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder to orchestrate complex customer experiences. This high-visibility role will partner closely with Omnichannel Leads, Brand Marketers, and IT to translate commercial vision into a functional reality, ensuring campaigns are data-informed, automated, and scalable.

Essential Functions:

  • Marketing Technology Roadmap & Solution Architecture

    • Define and own the technical capability roadmap, translating high-level business requirements from Brand and Omnichannel Leads into specific technical specifications and architectural designs.
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison between commercial business units and IT/Global Tech teams to prioritize and implement new platform features, connectors, and integrations.
    • Design scalable solution frameworks that allow for \"build once, deploy many\" capabilities across the four Galderma business units to reduce duplication and technical debt.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technical tools or plug-ins within the MarTech stack (e.g., SMS aggregators, webinar connectors) to support evolving campaign needs.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Operations & Execution:

    • Serve as the hands-on technical administrator and architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, directly managing Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
    • Build, test, and deploy complex, multi-step customer journeys, utilizing advanced logic (decision splits, engagement triggers) and scripting (AMPscript, SQL) to ensure flawless execution.
    • Oversee the end-to-end technical production process, including audience segmentation setup, email/SMS rendering QA, and final deployment scheduling.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform (e.g., API failures, data sync errors, email rendering issues) and resolve them rapidly to minimize business disruption.
  • Data Activation, CDP & Personalization:

    • Lead the technical implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases, configuring data ingestion rules and identity resolution logic to create unified customer profiles.

About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170K-$210K (Boston, MA).

In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, a generous paid time off policy, hybrid work schedules and more.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Application Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and optimization of personal productivity applications across BCG. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that BCG's suite of productivity tools—including Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud, and other integrated third-party applications—are implemented and operated at peak performance. As a key member of the Productivity Tools team within BCG’s Personal Productivity Organization, you will collaborate with product owners, vendors, and architects and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences, effective governance, and ongoing operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering & Administration
  • Manage and configure enterprise application services across both legacy and cloud platforms.
  • Lead upgrades, rollouts, patching, and migrations for a variety of applications.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

  • The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $121,000.00 - $147,700.00 

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Application Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and optimization of personal productivity applications across BCG. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that BCG's suite of productivity tools—including Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud, and other integrated third-party applications—are implemented and operated at peak performance. About the Role

We’re looking for an Ecommerce / Website Product leader to own the full digital customer journey - from first click to purchase.


This is a high-ownership, high-impact role responsible for improving conversion rate, reducing friction, and building a personalized shopping experience. You will own the website roadmap, partnering with the Head of Growth and a cross functional team of Creative, Engineering, Analytics, and external agencies.


This role is ideal for either a high-performing generalist (ex-consulting, MBA, strong business acumen) or a more traditional product leader with ecommerce experience. What matters most is analytical rigor, ownership, and a bias for action.


What You’ll Own

  • Full ownership of website performance and roadmap
  • End-to-end funnel optimization: landing page → PDP → cart → checkout
  • Driving improvements in CVR, AOV, revenue per session, and contribution margin
  • Building and executing a rigorous A/B testing roadmap
  • Identifying conversion bottlenecks and quantifying revenue opportunity
  • Creating personalized funnels by shopping use case, product type, and traffic source
  • Website merchandising, product launches, and on-site promotions
  • Managing external agencies to scope and ship improvements
  • Establishing dashboards and reporting to measure impact and guide prioritization


Who You Are

  • 3-8 years of experience in ecommerce, product, consulting, growth, or a related field (DTC experience strongly preferred)
  • Extremely data-driven and comfortable digging into funnels, CVR, and cohort behavior
  • Strong hypothesis-driven thinker who turns insights into structured test plans
  • Proven experience running A/B tests and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Operates with a high degree of ownership
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a clear, ROI-driven roadmap
  • Strong communicator - able to influence engineers, creatives, and leadership
  • Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce analytics/testing tools is helpful
  • MBA, consulting background, or top-tier startup experience is a plus
