The Role We Want You For

The Specifics of the Role

About the Role:

Attorneys will work as part of a structured team handling a diverse caseload, with a strong focus on insurance defense matters. The firm places a high value on mentorship and actively encourages associates to gain courtroom experience early in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Handle written discovery and case strategy
  • Independently manage files, with partner guidance as needed
  • Participate in court appearances and trial preparation

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 2–6 years of litigation experience
  • Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred
