What does an IT Manager, Dynamics 365 do?
The IT Manager, D365 is responsible for advancing the organization by leading, coordinating, and delivering system implementations (by project phase and/or module) and managing integration activities. This role is focused on achieving deliverables against time and cost constraints. The ideal candidate has strong project management knowledge, a functional understanding of the D365 Finance & Operations application, and experience managing integrations between D365 and other 3rd party systems .
- Lead Microsoft D365 implementation and enhancement initiatives, throughout all lifecycle phases
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource plans, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants / vendor resources to ensure cohesive delivery
- Liaise between business stakeholders, technical teams, and D365 partners
- Collaborate across all functional departments to capture and prioritize requirements and implementation activities
- Translate technical details into functional information for business stakeholders and vice versa
- Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Advance and execute against the integration strategy for D365 and third-party applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, EDI, Power Platform, etc.)
- Partner with consultants, developers, and business resources to maintain the integration architecture and support error handling activities
- Maintain master data integrity and standardization across all connected systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, and business efficiency
- Create, maintain, and present project documentation (e.g., project plans, requirements specifications, and testing reports)
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT and security policies
- Lead communication activities including status reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Be a change agent. Collaborate with employees across all departments to identify and mitigate risks to the adoption of new processes and systems
- Advise and support project teams to ensure that change management activities are incorporated into project plans and acted upon
- Partner with business resources to manage change impacts and user adoption
- Support the development of training plans; Create and deliver training modules
- Create and deliver executive level presentations highlighting the transition from current to future state, risks, mitigation approaches, and benefits realization
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, roadmap changes, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven leader or individual contributor with demonstrated skills and experience in project management, system implementations, and change management in large-scale or transformational, IT initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field, is a plus
- At least 3 years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. In depth knowledge of the Finance and Supply Chain modules, is a plus
- Industry experience (Concrete, aggregate – cement, sand, stone), is a big plus
- Experience managing or supporting systems integrations and working with integration tools (e.g., Azure, APIs, Power Platform, MuleSoft).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and change management practices.
- Certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, PMP/PMI), are a plus

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
